Description of Work: It was average. Not as good as I've had with other cleaning services. Seemed to rush through and not take time to try to remove some spots I pointed out (prior services treated the spots, let them sit for a while and then worked on them.....this crew didn't do anything extra). Very young crew.

Description of Work: 4 sofas, 1 recliner cleaned. Carpet in basement, stairway,family room, hallway and 3 bedrooms cleaned. We had originally requested most carpet, 1 sofa, and recliner to be cleaned. When the technicians arrived, we asked if they could also clean 3 more sofas and another bedroom. They said no problem. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and worked efficiently. There were several stains on the carpet and 2 sofas. The stains were all completely removed. I always worry about how wet the carpet will be after professional cleaning, but it was just damp when the technicians were finished and felt dry the next day. Everything looks great!

Description of Work: I purchased the service on AL (4 bedrooms)and then paid the additional $30 to clean the stairs. I just bought the home and was able to make an appointment a few days later (right before I moved in). Zack arrived at the scheduled appointment time and quickly began cleaning all the carpet. It took just over an hour to clean 4 rooms and the stairs. The house smelled wonderful and the carpet was dry by the next morning when I moved all my furniture. | |I would definitely use Apke again. I felt they provided a great service, quickly, and at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Clleaned carpets; they were great. I am about to hire them again. I don't remember what I paid but I do know they are a bit more expensive than others; yet they do a better job. You get what you pay for.
