Apke Carpet Care

Apke arrived within scheduled time and performed service as described. I have no complaints of any kind as Apke performed work in a positive, professional manner. This was the first time using Apke and I would not hesitate to have them back in the future. They did a nice job!

I've used Apke carpet cleaning for 15 years, in two different houses, and would never consider using anyone else. They've always done an exceptional job at getting out stains and cleaning in general, which isn't always easy with a family of three boys and five pets! I'm sure there are other good carpet cleaners out there, but what especially keeps me coming back to Apke is their professionalism, respect and punctuality. Every crew has been polite, friendly, careful, and completely professional.

We used them because they were running a special and they did a good job. They did a very good job with stain removal.

It went very well. They were on time, did a good job, and removed most all the stains. The only ones they could not completely removed were some pet stains we have had for a long time, and I didn't expect them to be able to completely remove those stains.

I thought their price was good for what I had to get done. I was able to get an appointment with them right away. The technician was very accommodating to what I asked him to do.

The job was done in just about 1-1/2 hours. The rep. was professional and worked hard from the time he arrived until the time he left. He was very accommodating.

John was very responsive. The rugs look great and were finished sooner than I'd expected.

Bottom line is they don't come any finer nor more customer oriented than this family owned firm. Highest recommendation. Priced right, lighting service and courteous. They may not have invented "Customer Service", but they've perfected it. Apke not only got every trace of the grease out, but sent someone within 24 hours before the stains had time to set. Also cleaned old existing wall to wall carpeting in basement and did a great job here as well. Priced right, lighting service and courteous. The Oriental Rugs look as if they've never seen the light of day nor walked upon. Space limitations prohibit more detail, but you can't go wrong with Apke.

Apke Carpet Care was VERY punctual, professional, did a walk-through with me before and after the job, as well as spoke to me during the process with any needed information that needed to be passed along to me. I liked how Apke Carpet Care told me that if I found anything that did not come up to my expectations, that they would come back and right the situation. However, I did not need that option. Keep up the AWESOME work!

I have no complaints with Apke, a great company, great workers, fair price. I would recemmend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. I plan on using them again, next year !

Very responsive with phone communication. I initially called at 9:30pm on a weekday, and one of the technicians answered the phone and spoke to me about the problems I was having. They came the next morning. They initially used a vacuum machine to extract a portion of the water from the carpet. Then they setup multiple fans and a dehumidifier in my basement to completely dry everything out. They left the equipment in my basement for approximately 3 days. When they picked up the equipment, everything was clean and dry.

This is a condo i bought. I was debating if i should clean and replace the carpet as it looked really bad. Apke came over and really cleaned the carpet well. It looked great. I have used many carpet cleanning company before. They are the best!

Mr. Apke came out to the house and gave us a quote. Because of our wood floors, he suggested he clean them at his shop. He helped us move the furniture to roll up the rugs, and he even moved the funiture again to lay them down again when he delivered them. The rugs look great, the chair looks great, and we would absolutely use him again!

Within a week the damage had been corrected and the carpet cleaned. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

They were excellent and very responsive. They did exactly what they said they would do. They followed up. The crew that they sent was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was as close to perfect as anything can be in terms of the service.

Their prices were very reasonable. The guy that came was in and out very quickly. I was real surprised. He did a great job. I'm not sure if they deodorized it or not; they didn't charge me for that, but it smelled really good. He was very professional and personable. He had a good rapport and I needed somebody quickly. I didn't have to schedule way ahead of time. I think I called and he was there the next day. I would absolutely use him again.

They have been very good. They come in do the job and get out. We have a big house, they are very organized, efficient, and we keep going back to them. They will even move furniture for us and we will continue to use them in the future.

Apke Carpet Care is really good and their prices are good. They do a great job of cleaning up after wards. They are very kind and friendly. I really like that they are a small business.

The cleaner, Pat Apke, arrived right on time and was quick to get started. We had a few pet stains from the previous owner of the house and Pat explained to us that sometimes pet stains persist after the cleaning. The cleaning did remove the odor from the stains, but the spots did reappear after the cleaning. He used a special cleaner in the rooms that had the pet stains. The whole process took about two hours. Pat turned on the ceiling fans in the rooms as he finished cleaning them to help speed the drying. He was very knowledgeable about the different carpet types we had in our house and explained how the carpets would react differently to the cleaning. The carpets looked much better and the pet smells were completely gone. The Apke?s were very easy to work with and even sent us a thank you card after the services were complete.

Great. They came out the day we called even though it was not a true emergency.

All of the people I dealt with were both professional and personable. I feared my rug was going to have to be taken up but that was not the case. I did have to listen to the noisy fans but that was a small price to pay for a good-as-new carpet. After the carpet was dry, they automatically cleaned that area. I even got a thank you note!

Would use again. I do not know the price as it was paid by another contractor's insurance (long story). But their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work were perfect. I felt like they cared about our problem and empathized with our predicament - they weren't just about the job. You are dealing with real human beings at Apke, from the owner to the technicians. Very positive experience.

The company was very responsive. We actually hired them to clean our carpets, before we planned to move into our home. They did a good job, and came back for a follow up to spot-treat a few stains for a second time. Unfortunately the stains were not completely removed, although it was uncertain what kind of stains they were or how long they were there.
