Apke Carpet Care did good work. I will use them again.

The technician arrived on time (within 5 minutes). I told him what needed to be done and he completed the job in an hour and a half, which is approximately how long he thought it would take.He was extremely nice and explained why one stain could not be removed because it was embedded in the carpet for too long. He wanted me to know why it couldn't be removed. I was satisfied with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing carpets cleaned.

Great job. They arrived on time and quickly completed the job. APKE is always courteous and professional. We use their service quarterly, because we have two dogs we keep in the house. We skipped a cleaning and they treated an area where the dogs sleep with an enzyme-no charge.

Overall they were great. They did a good job with the cleaning and he showed up early. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Clean cut guys came right on time. Were done within an hour. Noticed streaking on the chaise next day and they quickly came out again and did cushion. Very responsive company.

Apke arrived promptly on time and as the job progressed, the technician told me if he could not get a stain out and why. Very professional and made cleaning our carpets an easy project.

We used the carpet cleaner twice already. They were awesome for both the services. They were good. They did a really good job.

The personnel performing the work was probably one of the most professional, hard working and nice individuals that I've met in any service role. He explained the details of the work, the solutions being used, his experiences with different stains and how to treat them. The results were remarkable -- he restored a heavily used carpet (2 kids, 4 cats) that had not been cleaned in probably 2 years to like new conditions. I've used other services before and none with the results or the professionalism that I saw from Apke.

The overall experience was fine and they did what we wanted. They infact did a little more, but didn’t charge anything extra. They came when they said they would come. Price was not a big deal, because they cleaned the carpets well. I will use them again in the future.

He moved the furniture. It took him only 50 minutes. He was very courteous. He replaced the furniture where it was supposed to go.

Excellent - the employee was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He lifted furniture on wooden blocks, did a great job cleaning the carpets, then advised us on drying times.

Joel, the Apke representative, rang the doorbell precisely at 8:30 AM. Joel was professional, courteous, and informative. He answered various questions we had and proceeded directly to the task at hand. He had the job done in approximately 35 minutes with superior results. Outstanding job. We plan to use Apke in the future.

They did a wonderful job in cleaning the carpeting after the workers finally finished the tornado damage repairs. The tornado was last May and they just finished the work. Yahoo!

Joel arrived at 8:30 am and went right to work. He was both friendly and professional. The cleaning was thorough and the carpets look great - we're very pleased. I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell additional services, products etc.
