When I called to schedule an appointment, which was after hours, John called back and was very professional and courteous. They arrived at the exact time they stated, and did a FANTASTIC job! Our carpets are light colored and were way over due for a cleaning. It looks like we have brand new carpet. We also had our very large sectional cleaned because our cat makes it her home. It looks and smells great! Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Our overall experience with Apke Carpet Care was great. It was easy to get the day and time I wanted, they arrived on time, were professional and friendly and did a good job.

I'll start by saying that I just bought this house, so it was totally empty for the carpet cleaning. Also, I thoroughly swept all the carpet prior to the cleaning. Now, on to the review. The appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. I arrived home from work at about 3:50 and Pat Apke was in my driveway ready to go. He promptly and politely introduced himself and went right to work. He asked if there were any known stains that required extra treatment and took a quick tour of the house to see what he was working with. He then asked if he was going to do the stairs, as that was not in the job description he got from his brother, who works in the office. After the walk-through, Pat went right to work. He started off by spraying his cleaning solution. He then took care in routing his hoses and lines up the stairs from his van. After routing the hoses and sealing around the door to keep the cold out, he went to work. He was very quick, yet thorough in cleaning every square inch of the carpet. He was also very personable while doing his job. When he was finished, Pat cleaned up his equipment and packed his van. He then had me look around to ensure my satisfaction with the job. It was only after I was satisfied with the work that he mentioned payment. It was very easy to call his brother and pay by credit card over the phone. The work took a little over an hour for less than 1,000 square feet of carpet. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Pat, the work he did, and the price I paid. I would recommend Apke to anyone who needs to have their carpets done.

The service went extremely well, despite the serviceman going to the wrong address at first (my fault not his,) He was very professional and courteous and promptly began work upon arrival. It only took him an hour or so to get the stain out of my carpet, something a previous carpet cleaning company had failed to do. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable about the kind of carpet he was dealing with and how it interacted with the grease stain. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Called to schedule service, was told that they do not travel as far out as Clermont County, even though their homepage on Angie's list says entire service area of Cincinnati except portions of Clinton County. Mapquest directions from their office at 3104 Spring Grove Ave.Cincinnati, OH 45225 to my location is listed at 24.79 miles. I guess a 20 min drive is to far for my $500 cleaning job! Update-Apke stopped by my office today to apologize for the misunderstanding of the service location, and that he would take care of whatever job I was requesting. Very professional.

This is another company where I am astounded at the level of service. In particular, a gentleman that goes by the name Tank. We have 4 cats, 2 kids and 1 dog. We have not had the carpets replaced since we've moved in here (~7 years). We were considering replacing them prior to our first experience with APKE. It's definitely not necessary now. Before working with APKE, not one company has been able to clean these carpets removing the stains, smells and debris such that the carpets look like new. Not only is the work high quality, they are fast (less than an hour) and they leave very small amounts of water. I take advantage of every big deal they provide. My experiences with Stanley Steemer was comical in comparison. They take 3 times as long, leave tons of water on the floor, don't move any furniture and cost 4 times as much. I fell down the stairs after the last cleaning since they left so much water on them.

This company provided great service. The estimate was correct, they arrived as scheduled, the high traffic areas were thoroughly cleaned and everything was put back in place. I have used this company in the past and will definitely use them again.
