Very well. Mr. Woody had estimated a 2-3 week start date but was able to begin work within a week. He estimated that, when the work began, it would be completed in one day. He and his partner arrived as scheduled. We walked around the house to review the scope of work and to address any questions. Mr. Woody was quite thorough with his review of the work to be done and made recommendations for a better result. The work was completed in the late afternoon of the same day. The repairs were superbly done, in many areas to the point of being indistinguishable from the original mortar. Mr. Woody also applied caulk to some surface cracks to slow the aging process. The work area was cleaned. Mr. Woody then escorted my wife around the house to explain what had been done and to address any questions she might have.

His price was good and so was the quality of his work. He was very knowlegable and did more than what I had asked for. He had a good eye for things that needed repair.

Woody was great to deal with. He came out the afternoon I called him and gave me some ideas for the driveway. We talked about concrete versus asphalt versus gravel. He discussed some of the problems with all the mediums, but especially how difficult and expensive it would be to do concrete. After asking my questions, I came to the conclusion that the driveway just wasn't a feasible option. Woody was a great guy and we would certainly go with him on a project in the future.

Mr. Woody responded to my call quickly, came to the house for the estimate when promised, returned a call with the estimate when promised and did the work promptly on the promised date. He is a very quiet and serious gentleman. I would definitely recommend him and use him again when necessary. He also had good suggestions for other providers in related areas.

They were great. He showed up very quickly when I called him. He was very courteous. Him and his other worker cleaned up their entire mess when they were finished.

It was very good. He got here on time. He didn't mess around and got right to work. He cleaned up when he was finished and did more than he had to. He gave me an estimate and it was right on.

I got 2 estimates and he was the better price. He does his own work. He didi the work in a timely way and was done in a day. He cleaned everything up.

Found him on Angie's List. His bid for the chimney was the lowest and he's easy to deal with, pleasant as can be. Came right over and checked out the chimney and gave a quote. Said he'd fit it in in the next two weeks and he came back one week later. Did a beautiful job. Impressive. Matched mortar to color of stonework. Work is crisp and clean. Chimney looks new. Really is a craftsman. And he gave an Angie's List discount.

Grover Woody does excellent work. He arrived as promised and performed the work we agreed on. He was very informative about his work and also cleaned up after finishing. He is an excellent tradesman. We are very satisfied.

He said he didn't do that kind of repair work. He was on time, very friendly, and business-like.

It went very well. Grover Woody arrived to provide the estimate right on time. He was very knowledgeable about all types of masonry and willingly answered a lot of my questions. While talking with him, I realized that I should have more work done than I had originally planned - not because he tried to sell me this work - because he had taken the time to answer my questions and I came to my own realization that I needed to have more work done. He did the estimate on a Saturday and came to perform the work on the following Monday because it was to be warm and dry and that is the weather he needed for this outside work to cure in the best way. He showed up on time for the work. He and his helper got everything done in one day. The tuck pointing and concrete repairs look great. It rained a couple of days after Woody was there and the water beaded up on my porch, steps, and driveway.

When I first called Mr. Woody for an estimate, fortunately, he was able to come out that day to look at my problem. He gave me options on how I could fix the problems and also gave me his suggestions. I appreciated the fact that he was able to come out so promptly and inspect my situation and also that he was able to give me an estimate at that time. He gave me a time frame as to when he could get to the work which was reasonable. I received a call within 10 days and Mr. Woody showed up as he promised. He and his worker showed up on time, completed the work in a most acceptable manner and made certain that the entire area was cleaned up when they finished. I was very pleased with the finished result. Job well done.

He came and gave me an estimate, but said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to it. He never smiled, but was professional. When the company I hired to do the wrought iron railing called them to coordinate schedules, Woody's said they weren't available for 6 weeks. My other company offered to do the cement job as well as the railing.

He came within 4 or 5 hours after calling, he listened well and followed my instructions very well, He said that it would take him two days, he was right. He is very pleasant to work.

The work was completed as per our agreement in a timely manner and within the estimate given. The completed work looks GREAT! I am very pleased with how it turned out. It exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled.

He did a very nice job. Everything was cleaned up each day. I would use his services again.

I accepted the estimate for the point-tucking and foundation repair in July and agreed to wait a few weeks until Mr. Woody was available. He started work on August 2 and finished on August 3. He and his assistant did great work. Since I was at work during the day, they stayed until I got home to do the work inside the house and even matched the crack-filling material to the color of the bricks. Despite the extreme heat, all the work (and the extras) were completed in two days and they cleaned up everything both days. All the extra work they did, like the cleaning, sealing, caulking, etc., was not even included in the charge.

I have not yet made a decision on this issue and may have to wait a few months to do so but recommend Mr. Woody for future work.

Grover Woody came out give me a very reasonable price which was 50% to 100% lower than two others I got. I agreed to the work and he came out with his assistant on the day that was scheduled and at the time he said he would. He finished on time and let me examine the work before payment. He did tell me that some re-cracking might occur due to house movement and indeed that has occurred, but overall I am very pleased with the work done and the quality.

Mr. Woody was available right away to take a look at the job and give me an estimate. His estimate was extremely reasonable compared to the other estimates I received. He gave me an approximate time line for starting the job and did so as promised. He performed the job in a very professional manner and left the worksite clean tidy at the end of each day. Even on days when it looked as if it might rain, he showed up and got work done. I suspect many would have just assumed the day was a "wash out" and not bothered to come. He mad sure that he knew exactly the work that I wanted done and even brought me a couple of loads of topsoil for a gardening project I told him I was working on. Mr. Woody is a polite man with a great work ethic.

When we notice a correction (i.e. a door that was sticking now doesn't stick) he will come back and tighten the steel rods for us.

Mr Woody responded to our request to get an estimate of the work to be done and provided a professional work ethic and listened to what we wanted done and also provided his details as to how the work would be accomplished. His estimate of when the work would begin was delayed by work that he had to complete for another customer. With our patience and a few calls his work was done on our walls and driveway to a suitable completion.

Mr. Woody was prompt with coming to give an estimate, and he scheduled the job quickly. His helper arrived on time the day the job was to be done, with Mr. Woody arriving shortly after. They worked chipping out the loose concrete and, later in the day, he rang the doorbell and told me he was finished. He had repaired all of the areas, as well as filling in 2 parts of a walkway that were uneven. He had filled in several hairline cracks on the porch with white caulk, which I wasn't thrilled about. Later that same day, I noticed that the patch to the corner of the porch had ran slightly (with gravity), but it wasn't too bad. Within a month or two, there were quite a few hairline cracks to the major patch on the front steps, which I have to caulk and hope they don't fall apart again over the winter.
