Hi Do not be fooled by all these positive reviews. They give you $500 to take your bad review off. that is why you do not see the horror of this man and company. Mike Kobella will come to your house with a smile give you a good price. If everything goes ok no problem. But if the installation went bad he will ask for more money and blame your existing infrastructure. He wont hesitate to ask for more money while they are installing or fixing anything. he see you as an ATM. If everything fails and you refuse the $500 he will claim in the review they do not recognize you as a customer. Like I say stay away. Eyal Katz

Perfect. The technician, Kyle, showed up on time, was very professional, and explained everything he was going to do. He was very good about taking time to answer any questions I had and I was sent a report with pictures of everything that was done. That is a great service! He cleaned up after he completed his work for the day. From the initial call to the completion of the work I am extremely satisfied with the Kobella experience!

Prompt and professional!

Kyle came to our residence yesterday to conduct an annual PM on our furnace systems. We have two furnaces in the house, requiring a fair amount of time to complete the maintenance check lists. Kyle had a professional appearance, was very personable and friendly. Appreciate his thorough inspection and attention to detail. He exchanged the pad on our humidifier and helped us update our maintenance plan for 2022. I will be requesting Kyle for our next AC PM in the spring. Job well done.
