Tim was very easy to talk to and explained what was going on with my toilet and what needed to be done to fix it. He also provided me some information (and a rough estimate) about my air/heating unit in the event something should happen to it.

Ran into some issues due to my old laundry shut off valve being obsolete. Made two trips to the plumbing store. Had to cut hole in wall to solder in new valve. Cost was almost three times original estimate. Patched up wall with small plastic cover. Behind washer so problems with newly painted/remodeled laundry room. Clean- up was perfect. Yes I would recommend.

Diagnosed problem, explained the functioning of my water softener, it's anticipated life, etc. and fixed the problem instead of trying to sell me a new one prematurely. I respect and appreciate that. He advised me also about future maintenance. I will recommend them and use them again when needed.

It was a little high price wise but I was very satisfied with the work. Very neat ,excellent work and cleaned everything up!

The charge was rather expensive for the amount of work done. The toilet had already been lifted and the wax removed and everything cleaned in anticipation of simply replacing the wax ring. When the flange was discovered to be cracked, we called Kobella. A repair collar was put in, screwed to floor, new wax ring placed and toilet reset. The plumber also recommended replacing the supply line although we had never had a problem with it. We did approve it, however. So far, we have not had any evidence of seepage around the toilet and assume the repair has been done correctly. The plumber was very polite and respectful of the property. He spent more time going to get a repair flange....we would have expected that he would have had one or two in his van since we had described the problem in detail over the phone. Also, we gave a check for the amount requested at the time of service and were told that we would receive the invoice via email. When we received the invoice, it showed us owing a balance of three cents?!, which was somewhat annoying. We actually would recommend Kobella to others with the caveat that their prices might be a little above average.
