I had a mystery water stain on the kitchen ceiling. Kobella responded quickly and Tim took his time to figure out what my problem was. As it turned out, not a plumbing problem at all. I will call Kobella again for anything related to plumbing and heating.

Tim the plumber is very professional. Did an overview of the whole plumbing issue under my sink. Made appropriate recommendations. Suggested replacement faucet. Recommended replacement was overpriced. Found the same faucet at Lowes for a fraction of the price with the same lifetime warranty. Tim is scheduled for the next day to install the faucet and repair under the sink.
