So expensive for a 30 minute job or less, very disappointed, have no idea who to call anymore for plumbing repairs

The technicians had every opportunity to try to up-sell me new products and services, but instead focused on the task at hand which was fixing my existing furnace.. They were more than happy to quote me on any products/services that I asked about, which they did immediately from their phone with an email to my inbox - no paper. The day after I wrote a review the same problem occurred. The furnace was never cleaned as we requested when we hired them. We strongly felt that was part of the problem. It was very dirty. We were charged for a service call again. We bought and installed an ignition board & ignitor. And all they really did was cleaning & testing. So I can not recommend them. As their diagnosis was wrong and the repair did not work.

The service tech was very professional and fixed the problem of a frozen pipe, but unfortunately the problem has returned. Spoke with the technician today and he was very helpful to try and resolve the problem.

When I called Kobella they fit me in the next day. They explained their work as they were doing it. They explained their pricing and offered options. They were professional and friendly.

Kobella Plumbing was an great company to work with. I had frozen pipes and I called 7:30am and spoke to Lisa in the office. She was so nice - she said they will try to get someone out to my house between 3:00 - 5:00pm because they were really busy. Tim the technician called me and was at my house by 2:30pm. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my pipes right away and also told me some preventive maintenance. I would recommend this company any day. I plan on using them for any future needs. Great company!!!

I called Kobella's when my girlfriend's water heater, which had been installed twenty years before, began leaking. It clearly needed to be replaced. I called in the early afternoon and spoke with Lisa in the office. She contacted Mike Kobella, the owner, to try to arrange for a replacement to be made the next day, or early the next week. When neither of those options proved workable, Mike called me personally and said that he was on his way and would arrive that day, in about 45 minutes. By this time, it was about 6:00 pm. Mike looked at the heater, which because of some flue issues would mean a fairly involved installation. Then he called his assistant, also named Mike, who brought the replacement water heater and assisted with the removal of the old heater and the installation of the new one. In a little less than two hours, the exchange was complete, for a very good price. This is a family-run business with very personal service and they worked very hard to accommodate us with a quick and quality installation. Mike Kobella is a US Veteran, a family man and is fiercely interested in ensuring quality work.
