They were prompt. They were courteous. They fixed the problem ,, did not try to over sell me. I thought their prices were fair and I will continue to do business with them.

This was probably my best experience with an HVAC company service call ever, from the initial phone call, to scheduling the appointment, to the Technician they sent, Shane C., who was excellent, from his diagnosis skills, explaining everything in a manner I could understand, to the actual repair work that another company had been out 2 or 3 times for and it still wasn't fixed. Therefore, I can highly recommend Kobella Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, as their work was excellent, communication/follow-up was outstading, and I found them to be a very honest, high integrity company. Most companies wanted to did up my basement floor and replace the pipes, where this company gave the options that best suited my needs and budget. Highly Recommend!

Kobella was quick to call me and schedule. They were very communicative about when they would be arriving. Jason, the tech, came here and looked at the issue and was very honest about it being nothing to worry about. He asked if I needed assistance with hooking up the dryer - something I thought would need to be done by someone else, and he did it in under 20 minutes. He was very kind and extremely helpful! Will 100 % call again for repairs and would recommend to anyone!

They still need to do finish plumbing for a complete bathroom on the walkout basement level. Their rough-in work was good quality and very creative in a complex space with very little options due to being underneath the supply and return HVAC system.

The service person was on time. He asked questions, assessed the problem quickly, and gave suggestions for the repair and installation of the garbage disposal and faucet. The service person was also polite, informative and very helpful. His workmanship and installation of parts and appliances was neat and professional.
