Had a toilet 'emergency' last night, called Kobella at 7 am, and Anthony came about 11. Defective parts were replaced so all is back to normal (I hope). Very friendly, professional young man. I was happy to learn I could SOS you, after hours, for a major problem.

Those expensive tools that they have is something we don't usually buy that rarely use. It was worth to hire this company to do a thoroughly inspection and look over every important components of the 18 years old central air conditioning system and bring it back to top condition before any heat waves hits us this summer. My cross-fit daughter appreciated of this service, well done! In fact, you must be certified to refill R-22, today. Who can do that? Kobella!

We have purchased their yearly maintenance package for our air conditioner and furnace the past 2 years. When Mike came to inspect our air conditioner in April he found our condenser fan motor was leaking oil, the part was only under warranty for 6 more days. We did not realize it was expiring. He saved us a substantial amount of money. I just cannot say enough good things about this company. They have always been on time, professional and friendly.

Fantastic job by Anthony and Justin at Kobella! Great communication from Lisa at the office. Was able to reschedule their service to help out a co-worker. Repaired all issues left by our previous contractor who walked off the job. Replaced the valve in the main shower, no more leaks! Corrected the shut-off for the cold line. Set the drain and caulked the new freestanding tub. Our favorite part, the new custom shower set-up with his/hers side and center rainfall! I wish I could upload photos to show you all!
