Brad the technician sent out for my service call was extremely informative. We discussed all the items he was servicing and he walked me through everything he inspected. There were recommendations for repairs as preventative measures, but my system was functioning normally. Brad didnâ t try to force us into any additional work, he merely made some suggestions that could potentially help or improve the system. I would strongly recommend Kobella Plumbing and Heating.

We had a plumbing review contract that entailed across board look-see, after which we were given status report of water tank, toilet & sink plumbing. Much of our home on last legs of function, & we all know breakdowns don't happen on schedule. We were able to have them out for all upgrades & replacement. Never were we pressured to do any work. They return calls, keep areas clean, & debris removed. A bit more pricey but I happily will exchange for their business model & work ethic.

We have used Kobella for prior maintenance contracts of the HVAC system. The the time came for replacing them and the water heater (Both were about 19 years old), we decided to use their services as well. They gave us all options , were willing to work with us and when the time came to replace the unit, they were prompt, courteous and showed up on time. They has three installers in out place and they completed the work efficiently and in a timely fashion as promised. We got the Amanna HVACs and the Rinnai tankless system installed. They sent out their technician to help us with some problems we had post installation. Though they may be a bit more expensive (But not by much) from the other contractors, they were well worth the extra money. Will recommend them without any reservations.

The job involved getting water to one of my bathrooms. The previous pipe had a leak. Kobella Plumbing had to dig a long trench from the source of the water to my basement. It was all done in one day. At the end of the day I had water in the bathroom.

They knew exactly what they were doing. Had a team of 3 installers and they work like a well oiled clock. As one guy was working on the furnace another was installing the heat while the third was dismantling the duck-work for replacement. The process worked like that all day. Any one of the installers could do any one of the jobs.... all were cross trained and knew exactly what to do and what was coming next. They started at 0900 and worked until 2130. No shortcuts!!!! VERY dedicated to their work and VERY proud craftsmen. The work showed their genuine pride in their work.

When I called Kobella a polite human immediately answered the phone, not a recording like many companies. They were able to send a plumber out (for a non-emergency) within 2 days.....12 days faster than a different company I had already booked! The plumber (Greg) called before he showed up and was EARLY, not late like many companies. Greg identified the problem quickly and quoted me before beginning any repairs. He completed the job in a timely manner for less than he quoted and was easy to talk to. He even dusted off the toilet and when I said it was my job to clean it, he said he doesn't like to leave jobs messy. Greg was great and Kobella has been one of the easiest service companies I've used in my home. They have a small fee to come out and diagnose the problem, but that is waived if any service is performed. I will definitely go Kobella from now on.

I had a service contract with another contractor who had always given me good service, but all of a sudden this spring they quit honoring their service contracts in Mentor â without letting me know! (they did stop billing me, but they just disappeared). When I called to ask why they hadn't scheduled my fall service, they said "oh, yeah, we're not servicing Lake County any more." I asked who they'd recommend, and they sent me to Kobella's. Kobella's came out, diagnosed the problem (installation errors by the first contractor), explained what was wrong, and prescribed corrections to bring the system up to full function. COVID-19 caused some delays in scheduling, but they finished the job in late September and did the fall routine maintenance yesterday. I feel as though I'm in very good hands and I'm looking forward to a warm first floor this winter. Five Stars all the way!

The Service technician was familiar with our furnace and also installed a "scrubber" to our supply air duct. He was professional and we are very pleased that we have the same mechanic attending our equipment these last couple years.

Jeremy, Nick, and Bobbie were efficient, courteous, and neat and tidy when they repaired bathroom sink plumbing and installed a new vanity and faucet. Great job!!

I called on Friday morning because we had no water. Our 40+ old well pump stopped working. This great company changed around some appointments and came to our rescue that afternoon. What great service.

They kept their appointments, let me know that day when they'd be there, did their work without making a mess, cleaned up after themselves (vacuumed my hall carpet!). A few initial scheduling issues were cleared up immediately and professionally. In particular, I appreciated the technician's explanation of the changes they recommend: why they were recommended and what effect they would have. I won't know until heating season whether things are all coming out the way we expect, but so far, all indicators are positive. I look forward to doing more work with these guys.

EXCELLENT WORK.

The owner, Mike, is a dishonest person. Caused damage while they were working. Asked more money for the job while doing the job. Then asking $572 to install a part under warranty for 20 minutes of work. Willing to pay me $500 to take the bad review down. This is why you do not see many bad reviews of this company. Will make false claims after you post a review or deny doing the work. Stay away from Mike and his shady company.
