Service was on time and all parts were explained before starting work. Polite and respectful of property.

The work was completed in timely fashion, it was done to our satisfaction but, the cost was a little bit more expensive than expected.

Tim was very good. He explained everything and brought our plumbing up to code. The work was great but the price was excessive. $249.00 plus $65.00 service call seems a lot since I had the part.

Great company to work with. Mike and the Kobella team not only did the work that was requested with high quality, there where no hidden costs and they were very clean about the remodel. They replaced our tub, tiled the surround, installed our new floor and corrected the plumbing that was needed. We were able to get high end finishes at a discount by using their local partner showroom. They also replaced our kitchen faucet while they were working. We expected the remodel to take 4 days and it was completed by the end of the 4th day. We are really excited to use the new bathroom.

I'd prefer it if they would itemize their bills and not lump everything together as i item..so it would show price of equipment and labor separately..

Kobella did a wonderful job on the repair of my gas line. Replaced valves that needed replaced and were very professional.

Great and fast customer service from Lisa on their office staff. Quickly scheduled me for a fall inspection of my boiler and a garage furnace. Their 2-yr Maintenance Plan was the most cost-effective I found.

They were very professional, personable and safety conscious. They worked with me, for the best solution to fix the problem. They had to cut open my wall and they did a beautiful job and cleaned up you would never know that I had work done!! Thank you so much, I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his team came out on a Saturday on two hours notice and had a new water heater in by 6:00 PM
