They were prompt and courteous. Company came out and place a temporary fix until they could return. They returned and repair the roof. Perfect!

Our roof developed a leak where the Chimney meets the upper roof. Ray came out and looked at it and said they could fix it. His crew came out one of the few good days we have had in January and spent about 3 hours replacing flashing. He is confident it is fixed. The work on the Chimney and roof look professional. Ray knew right away what the problem was. He kept in contact with me until the weather improved and offered them a good day to work on the roof. The price was reasonable and he offers a 3 year warranty.

Ray is very professional and does great work. He not only put some flashing on my chimneys, but a couple of months later, during an unexpected "monsoon" when the leak was still present, he came back within 24 hours and made sure it was fixed correctly. I don't consider this a ding toward him, as he said it might happen and that he would be back out to fix it further if it did. It just went with the territory for such an old house. I will have Ray back out to the house in a couple years when it will be time for new roofing. I recommend Ray and Choice1.

Mr. Humphrey was very accomodating in working with my tenant's schedule. His crew was quick and took care of the problem at the price that he quoted very quickly. I would definitely hire Mr. Humphrey's company to do work for me in the future.

Everything went well on this. He came out within 24 hrs for an estimate and my roof was fixed within a few days.

I saw water on the drywall and put in the call. Ray was professional on the phone. He set up an appointment for that evening, he got delayed but called me with a later time and showed up when he said he would. He got on the roof, checked things out, told me what he was checking for. He didn't find anything on the outside so he went into the attic with a flashlight. He couldn't find a problem with the roof but did notice that the heating duct over that area was wet. It turns out I don't have a roof problem after all but a moisture problem with my humidifier. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty and would recommend him.

He called me immediately and even though the weather outside was terrible he kept in touch until he could get here to repair and redesign the roof so hopefully it will stop leaking. He gave me a 5 year warranty so he will be accessible if anything still happens with the roof. He was a very nice young man and very easy to work with. I am adding to this rating now - 4 months later. The roof is no longer leaking and I believe it is completely fixed - Yeah!
