Out Radon did an excellent job. They were helpful on the phone before I committed. They also quoted me a lower price than anyone else, did a professional install, and then stood by their price. I am quite pleased with the whole experience and recommend them highly.

Othman (the owner) really took care of me. While installing the system, he discovered that my sump pump was failing. He had no issues waiting for me to run out and get a new one. On top of that, he even helped me install it. Great service and the system works great (radon at 0.4 after installation). Would definitely recommend to any who need this service.

Our Radon was very professional. The installed system looked nice and it worked very well. It took the measured radon level from 11 pCi/L to less than 1.

Our experience with Out Radon was great. We got a quote from another company first, and it was about $2600. Out Radon charged us less than half that, and every step of the process was done professionally and competently. Othman set a radon detector the day after he installed the system and left it for 2 days. The average level of radon in our basement after the work was done was 0.33!!! Othman did all the work in one day and left the area free of construction debris. We would definitely recommend him.

In 19 years of home ownership I've gone through my share of home improvement/repair projects. Never in all that time have I had such a POSITIVE experience as the one I had with Out Radon. Othman was by far was the most quality-driven, conscientious professional I have ever allowed in my home. It's very obvious that he cares about his work and his clients. He availed himself to me through phone, text, and e-mail to answer all my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I had a few. I never felt as if my questions were dumb or that I was annoying him. A time glitch did occur with the electrician, but Othman remained with me. He never left the premises. His staying represents to me that he is an honorable man who stands behind his work. He wasn't going to leave me in a lurch. I appreciate that.
