Fine tune settings. General maintenance. Prompt, pleasant, seemed to know what they were doing.

They were just great. I only had one problem that somewhere along the line communications got miscommunicated I guess. Somehow another gentleman at the Pickerington Heating & Cooling said that he did not have a phone number for me that he couldn't contact me, then scheduling the appointment came out and I wasn't here but I never received any phone call from them because it was showing in their file that I had no phone number. It was probably a month and a half later that finally somebody called me and said, oh your phone number was here all along, like we don't know why they gentleman said there wasn't a phone number listed for you. But once that was history now everything is fine, they were here on time and the gentleman came and was very thorough and explained everything to me and was very easy to talk to and gave me like little tips on how to do this and do that on whatever on how to save money. And that was great.

Noah was my technician for the furnace tune-up, cleaning, and inspection (I'm not sure of the date of service, but it was sometime around the end of November). He was very personable and professional. He recommended when I should next change the furnace filter and the humidifier filter, and he found the source of some leaking water from the humidifier. During his inspection, he noticed the furnace inducer was reading at a higher-than-intended amperage, so he recommended having that checked by my home warranty company. He mentioned to me that Pickerington Heating & Cooling is one of the best-reviewed companies on Angie's List, and I can see why based on his work ethic and general kindness. I'd definitely use them again.

They contacted us within the same week of purchasing the Big Deal and scheduled an appointment. Two men arrived on time for the appointment and they were very professional. They took the time to try and find a solution, but unfortunately, they could not find one.

It was a good service. The first technician was not able to install it properly, so they sent out another technician.

It was a waste of my time.

Excellent tune up furnace. Explained everthing to me. I highly recommend and will use them again.

They were great and friendly. They knew what they were doing. The work turned out good and it was around $29 extra for the filter. It was a rapid response from their side and they were here when they said they would.

We called in the morning since our heater had quit working overnight and house was very cold. They arrived in about an hour and repaired the unit.

What we liked was when they came out, they didn't try to oversell a product. They had different humidifiers that were advertised as this one but we thought what was nice was they didn't try to say, "You have to get this bigger one." We liked that. They came promptly and on time, they had courteous service, they put it in, and as soon as we started to use it, we didn't have any problems. The only thing we had was that they haven't had come back and rivet in a pipe but it was no big deal. They came back as promised to have that taken care of and we haven't had any problems since. We would use them again.

Everything turned out very well. Noah cleaned the system really well and was diligent with the job. I was very pleased with his services. The only thing I did not like is he brought his soon to be superior and did not introduce himself. I was pleased with how the job was done and really appreciated they cleaned up after themselves. Im not sure if I would hire them again because the lack of professionalism on his superiors part.

It went really well and they did a good job. Just one technician came out and he stayed for about half an hour. Scheduling was fine and they were flexible. He also called me ahead of time, to let me know that he was on his way. This was the first time that I used this company also.

Notified me promptly that I was not in their service area.

Tech arrived on time after he called about 15 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. He cleaned our 22 year old furnace, replaced the air filter, and I bought another filter for later. Thankfully I did. I have since found it impossible to find the size. He also changed the filter on our AprilAire humidifier which is attached to the furnace and explained how to use it. We was polite and professional. He did not attempt to upsell me on any services or products, and for that reason alone I will use Pickerington H & C again.

Did a great job. I was set for an afternoon service call and I called to see if they had any idea when they would arrive and the tech for my area, Noah, called about ten minutes later and said I was set up for the afternoon. I asked him if he had an idea of the approximate time and he said he was just finishing up and could be there in fifteen minutes (this was at approx 12:00 pm. Showed up in exactly fifteen min - went to work checking all components and seemed very knowledgable about all the mechanics. Said I needed a small capacitor that would be an extra 22.00 and luckily he had one on the truck. Installed the capacitor and cleaned the furnace with no other problems evident. Quick, cheap, knowledgable and friendly as well as punctual - doesn't get any better unless you count the fact that when I called for the appt I had a 69.00 coupon to use that came in the mail and they told me if I was a member of Angie's List I would get the cleaning and check for 49.00 - how cool is that!!!!. they also worked on my daughter's AC in the spring and did a great job also. you must use these guys if you have a problem or need a checkup.

I called Pickerington Heating and Cooling early Friday morning having spent a second night without any heat. He arrived in two hours, ran diagnostics on the furnace and found 3 parts that were in need of replacing. He went into Columbus to pick them up, installed them, tested them and by 1:00 my furnace ran like it never had before. This company was my "go to guy" for 25 years and is again. Such integrity and professionalism is worth so much, certainly $200.00. This was warrantied work, so making money was not part of this for them. This is a top notch company.

The guy that came out to the house was very professional and as far as I could tell he was thorough in inspecting the furnace. The only negative was that I stayed home from work to be here for a 9-12 window when they were supposed to be here, and when I called around 11 they said they wouldn't be able to come in that window. After rescheduling for the next day, the technician was within the window we agreed on.

I called them on 11/6/13 to see about getting a humidifier installed on one furnace and then getting both furnaces inspected. They asked me multiple questions about our home with regards to square footage, ceiling height, etc..... They told me what unit would be recommended and said they could come out the next day to install it (11/7/13) and inspect both furnaces. They gave me a 2hr window of when they would arrive. They arrived within the window and got right to work. Both Shawn and David were very pleasant and explained what they were doing. The did a very good job and cleaned up. I will definitely use them in the future!!

Very polite service. The owner's son in law came over, knew what it was immediately. Ran to get the part, and had it installed within an hour. They were so responsive and just a nice person. I referred my sister for a new air conditioner and furnace. They did a good job to keep her in her budget, and did not upsell on stuff that she did not need. Again pleasant and efficient. Had her furnace installed the day after she called.

Arrived on time and got right to work. The furnace is an old one and he answered all of my questions on changing filters & etc.. He also did a carbon monoxide test .

These guys are awesome, professional, experience, and great to talk to. I had 5 furnaces that needed to be checked before winter and it took about a week for them to come out. The HVAC guy was on time and explained everything that was taking place. It took him about 4 hrs to complete the job and afterwards I tried to tip him and he didnt want it because he said, he works for an awesome company and the tip is not needed. I truly recommended Pickerington Heating and cooling for your future needs. Thanks Peter

They did a really good Job.. they called me 20 Minutes before they arrived based on my request and they were already waiting when I reached.. They started job and completed within 1 hr and they did a walk thru and explained me the operation.. Overall I am satisfied with their work.. I have not yet used the Humidifier since the winter has not yet started but I liked their service
