Zach and his crew were efficient, listened to my concerns and addresses them. After project was complete they spent the entire next day, repairing lawn, brought in top soil, grass seed, straw. All I can say is wow! If I could have rated them above 5 stars I would have.

Zach called the day I entered an Angi project and quickly came within a couple days to walk the project, make recommendations and then was back to start the project within a week! He always answered calls/texts within a couple hours and explained each step of the process throughout. His whole team is hard working and dedicated to get the project done and very willing to answer any questions my wife or I had. I highly recommend KZB for any project you have.

Zach was great to work with. He was VERY responsive to messages and calls. He kept me up to date on the timeline and was happy to communicate about the process and decision making as it happened. KZB replaced a sewer line that ran under my concrete driveway and then did all the repaving. The work looks great and he offered guarantees on his work. Everyone on his team that I interacted with was great.

The owner is very friendly and does try to please and work with you. I was told that he was going to send somebody out after the work was done which he did a great job. I have no complaints about the workmanship that was done on the sewer line. My complaint is that they tore up my yard and when they left they left with piles of dirt all over the yard my neighbors complained And I got a call from the city in the spring I ended up paying another thousand dollars to try and fix my yard so that it could be mowed and to get the city off my back. And I still need more work done on the yard. Because the ground is still unlevel. They had told me that they would send somebody out to rake the yard and flatten the piles of mud that they left in my yard the day after the repair. The guy showed up took away some large pieces of debris but still, my yard was a mess. Some of the piles of dirt were up to my waist. I did give a neighbor a referral for the reason the repairs were good but when they saw my yard they decided they did not want to go with them. I waited to give this rating till I had time to calm down and think fairly about the work. If they had left my yard in a fairly manageable condition they would have received the five from me.

Kzb gave me a quote over the phone. Said they would not exceed the price. Arrived when they said. Encountered a more difficult situation than what they had anticipated but held to their quote and were very easy to work with.

Zach, his crew Rueben and others, are Great, they replaced my main water line with new copper. We are a corner lot, longer than the norm, they had to pull a 75' line, very tuff job w/many obstructions, utilities and rainy weather. They had a plan, stuck with it, and got it done including clean up in one day. They brought all the necessary tools & supplies with them. KZB, Zack is the best contractor I have ever dealt with, gave me a very fair estimate/price, even though ran into issues, he held the price he quoted me. Could not be any happier AAAAA+++++

Zach was great and very friendly. Project was about $4K less than quoted by others. Had the drain line for our sump pump replaced from house. Completed in about 1/2 day and got to our project a week after coming out for the estimate. The initial quote included removing and replacing a portion of our sidewalk and but his crew was able to dig under instead, saving time and supplies, which was awesome, however it didn't lower the project price. Also wish there was a little bit more effort in cleanup afterwards, some time with a yard rake could have saved about 2 ft of extra grass (beyond the trench, which I knew I would have to replant). Overall a great company and would probably hire again in the future, just being more clear on cleanup expectations and price adjustments.

Zach and his crew did a great job repairing my sewer line in a very prompt and courteous manner. They arrived at my house on the day they said they would be there, the job took as long as they said it would take, and they left my yard in much better shape than I was expecting. He explained what was needed and not needed and answered all my questions completely. I highly recommend their services.

Zach and his crew did a remarkable job in a very prompt and timely manner. Zach offered a third option as a repair solution with "directional drilling" that saved us time, money, and avoided the unnecessary (and unsightly) work of digging a trench around our home. I would absolutely recommend his company to everyone!
