Stacey and his son did a great job. He gave accurate advice and offered a solution and location for the system that was at a better price and place than I had been suggested by a competitor. The installation was done quickly, inconspicuously and well done. System lowered levels from high teens to less than 1.

Mr. Stacy Busch, owner of Radon X, immediately returned my initial call. After explaining my situation, a day was quickly scheduled for the mitigation. I received an e mail detailing the work to be performed and the cost. The process was completely stress free. Mr. Busch did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost. Upon completion of the work, all scrap materials were disposed of and the area the pvc pipe was installed vacuumed. I highly recommend Radon X.

Highly recommend this company! I came from another state where radon isn’t a concern (but I wonder if it should be after learning so much), so this was a whole new subject to me. I’m amazed at how much they can accomplish with just a very small workforce. Unfortunately, the sheeting starting coming down a few days later, but Radon-X came back out to fix and we haven't had a problem since.

Exceeded my expectations. Stacy and Amy were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, very courteous and took the time to explain radon and the installation process. I have a tri-level home with three separate cement slabs that needed radon mitigation. They connected the slabs with pvc pipe, put a vertical stack in the garage with the fan in the attic. They measured the radon levels for five days of all three slabs after the system was put in. The radon level went from 26.7 to 0.4. They do little things too that make a difference like paint the pvc pipe vent to match the roof color and install a water by-pass system to protect the fan. We highly recommend Radon-X.

Outstanding! The mitigation system was installed extremely professionally. Though this was not the lowest of the three estimates I received, I chose Radon-X because I believed they offered the best value. After reviewing the final product, I'm convinced I made the right call. From the quality of the products and installation, you can see that Stacy and his wife take great pride in their work. I don't often say this -- they have my highest recommendation.

Workers were punctual. Work was excellent concealing much of the material as I had requested. All areas of work were completely cleaned. First class and professional, I would use them again and recommend them for this service.

Radon-X had been highly recommended in my neighborhood, so I gave Stacy a call for an estimate and he came out several days later. The system was installed about a week or two later and he gave me a full rundown of everything! I really appreciated his knowledge on the topic as well as his thorough answers to questions. The system was installed in less than 3 hours and we are now testing at 0.3. We were billed the same amount as we were quoted. We are very happy with our new system, and Radon-X was wonderful!

Since our home has both a finished basement and a crawl space, there was much work to do and it went perfectly. Stacy and his wife (of Radon X) were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough. All my questions were answered and all work was completed in a timely manner. We obtained estimates from other companies and while they were comparable, their approach was not as nearly thorough and precise as that used by Radon X. I highly recommend Radon X to anyone who is serious about reducing the Radon levels in their home.

Great. Couldn't have gone better. Stacy Busch at Radon-X is first class and wonderful to work with. The system he installed reduced Radon levels in our house from 14.5 to 0.6 pCi/l. Mr. Busch was very responsive to all my questions. He and his wife showed up right on time the day of the job and finished in the exact amount of time he said it would take. They even left my basement cleaner than it was when they arrived, cleaning up some mess that was leftover from some work I did. I would highly recommend Radon-X to anyone in need of Radon work.

Great. No complaints. They were slightly more expensive than the competitor, but well worth it.

I hired Radon X after receiving 2 bids to install a system. I knew after meeting Stacy (the owner) that I really didn't need to talk to the other company, but did anyway. Not only was RadonX the cheaper of the 2, I felt that Stacy knew so much more and with his background in the home industry, I felt more comfortable that electrical and code requirements would be satisfied better. Our radon levels are down to 1.0 and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. Radon X was always on time, delivered emails when they said they would, and texted about 1/2 hour before arrival. They are a husband & wife team and are very nice people who care about their quality of work. I wouldn't hire anyone else to do this type of work.

Radon-X was very professional in effecting alterations to accomplish a thousand fold decrease in radon levels (27.4 to 0.2). Excellent!

The radon issue was successfully resolved through the efforts of Radon-X. They were very punctual, polite, professional, clean and thoroughly explained the issue and mitigation results. Our expense was a bit more than normal due to the combination of mitigating both sump pump and crawl space areas.

Excellent. Installed radon mitigation equipment and performed post-testing. When the results showed high levels on the second half of the building structure Radon-X installed a second unit at their own expense keeping their word on the quote. Even though they were slightly more expensive than their competitor, I'm glad I chose Radon-X. Quality work, trustworthy, and the high radon levels are now gone. 

From the first contact the entire project could not have gone smoother. Everyone we talked to and dealt with was very knowledgeable, professional and very nice. We were treated like they knew us for years. Highly recommended!

Fantastic.  From scheduling the quote, to scheduling the work, to performing the work and then verifying the results with us they were simply the most professional group I've ever dealt with--bar none.  In addition to hitting all the marks for service, they over communicated and were willing to work with us to make the solution as least obtrusive as possible--hate seeing those big pipes running along the side of everyone's house around here.  Not only would I recommend them to anyone in the area, I wouldn't even worry about getting competitive quotes--not only are the honest and professional, they were also the lowest bidder.  Trust in Radon-X !

Stacy Bush, owner of Radon X, visited our home in order to determine the best way to install a radon remediation system after radon levels were determined to be too high.  His detailed explanation of what was needed was clear and an estimate was provided within 24 hours.  One week later the system was installed quickly, professionally, and with no mess.  Our radon level went from unacceptable to negligible in short order.  Our job was quicker and less expensive than some since an acceptable crawl space vapor barrier had been installed previously.  We would not hesitate to use Radon X again and we would recommend Radon X to anyone in need of radon remediation. This husband and wife team were excellent! They even pointed out that the plumber had inadvertently cut off a sewer pipe and not capped it. They performed all the work, cleaned up and left the home better than when they come. THANKS GUYS!!
