He worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess. They accepted the Angie's list coupon without hesitation. Since my unit was quite old, he did provide me with a quote for a new system to consider.

This was one of the Big Deal coupons. Our old humidifier finally died about the time the coupon came out so we had Hauser install a new one. It's a little noisy and seems to use more water than the old but it does a decent job of humidifying the air.

Making the appointment was fast, easy, convenient. Technician came out on time, worked quickly and efficiently, installed a whole house humidifier to our existing furnace. Explained the setting and how to get the most benefit. We were happy with the company and the result, would use this company again.

The first visit was for installation of a whole house humidifier. Arrival for the work was at the agreed time, and the installation was quickly completed. The serviceman was knowledgeable, and efficient, explaining to us what he was doing as he worked. After, he explained how to use it, the various settings, seasonal use, and start up and shutdown. He did a once over on the furnace wiring and insured everything worked correctly. We asked about our furnace, and the costs of updating. He arranged to have catalogs sent to us for our viewing. The second visit was occasioned after a season of use. A restart of the unit did not seem to affect the humidity in the house. We investigated and found the filter dry, and in need of replacing. A call to Hauser resulted in a quick response. A loose wire was found in the humidistat, and was tightened. Another check was done on the furnace, and installation. Everything proved fine. The filter was replaced, and we have had no further trouble. At my wife's request, a whole house check for carbon monoxide was made with no charge. Due to the service that we received we agreed to a service plan.

I would give them top grades! Mark was outstanding! It even took a little less time than they said it would.

A/C Compressor was coming on briefly and shutting down. Unit is 15 years old and we thought it was failing. Technician arrived promptly and tested. He discovered a defective old delay switch that was no longer needed due to the new thermostat we are using. He bypassed the switch and the repair would have been $60 for the visit. At his suggestion, we elected to have him replace the contacts which were pitted but still working. This saved a future service call to address an issue that would eventually come up. We are very pleased with the way it was repaired and the fact we didn't have to replace the compressor.

They did a great job. They were prompt and I had no trouble getting them out here. They explained everything on how to use the new system. I had called them back with some questions and they offered to come out and double check things if I had any concerned, but every did work out, so I was fine.

Called and had them come and install our new systems. Very happy with the service provided.

I was exceptionally impressed with Hauser Heating & Air. Companies like Hauser are a very refreshing find in today's market. They went "above and beyond" my expectations. Their serviceman was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They never tried to "upsell" me, or tried to add hidden costs. In fact, I made a decision to purchase a new furnace even after they had completed maintenance on my old one, AND after I had asked their serviceman to replace a faulty valve which he had run to their supply source to get, but they never once tried to add that to my invoice. I even felt that I owed them the money, but they never even mentioned it. In fact, the completed maintenance on the old furnace was not even charged to me. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Hauser.

Earlier this year our AC unit went out. WE used Angie's list to select Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning. The original gentleman that came out was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything to us and even attempted to clean the unit to see if that would fix the issue and prevent us from spending more. The end result, we needed a new unit. This gentleman spent as much time as we neede to answer questions and explain what he felt we needed. Once the work started, the team was extremely informative. They answered every question and explained what they were doing. Took them a day to swap everything out. Cleaned up afterwards and everything works great

Hauser had replaced my furnace and AC in 2010. The outdoor unit began to make noises when it shut off. They diagnosed the problem and arranged for the manufacturer to replace the unit. The problem was with the manufacturer and Hauser stood by me to get the unit replaced. Not an easy job. Without their help and support I would have had little chance to get relief through the manufacturer's warranty. It was great having someone demonstrate a true concern for their cutomer.

They arrived on time and were very personable. The work didnt take too long to finish and we discussed other possible jobs in the future. This was a basic install and clean up.

It went well. I would recommend them.

We have been using them for 5 years. They are reliable and they do a great job. We are pleased with their service.

I hired Sycamore Heating and Cooling to come out and to give me an estimate. He informed me of what was needed for my unit and provided me with helpful information. I also called Hauser who was referred to me for a second estimate. Hauser informed me the other service provider was a one person operation. They stated they would be the best bet because they were able to come out in the middle of the night in the event of an emergency. They seemed to professional and they got the compressor installed. It's been working since. On their service provider page, I was informed of a 15% off discount for seniors, but Hauser informed me they "don't do that". However, on the 16th, the discount was still being displayed on their service provider page when I called in and they informed me. As far as the installation, I would give them an A, but in regards to the salesman, I would give them F. As a result, I feel I was lied to and cheated. Even more so, the woman in the office didn't relay the correct number when I called in. I was going to be gone in the morning as and asked that if they were coming before noon that they call my other phone number (which I provided), but the secretary didn't pass that along. I am not trying to cause problems for anybody. I believed Hauser when they stated they do not do the 15% off discount. I felt betrayed when I learned that they were honoring it for other people, but not me. Had they not been giving it to other people as well as me, I would?ve had no problem.

He was fast and efficient...Very satisfied

Called a noon on Friday before memory ac day came out that day! & got unit up & running courteous & through & comp lent will be authorizing additional repairs.

It went well. They came back again to add some coolant later. They are always efficient and professional.

They came when they said they would. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They were nice to work with.

I have actually used them for about 18 years. I know the owner pretty well. We are very pleased with their service. They were very professional. They did a great job. They took out all the old stuff and put in a new system.

The experience was wonderful. The price was a good deal. I will use them again in the future.

I feel that Hauser Air went above and beyond the call of duty. They answered any of my questions and we're very easy to deal with. Everyone that I have came in contact with there has been great. I was supposed to have an appointment for general service and clean of furnace and AC units. Had an appointment from 10-12. Called at 11:30 since no one had called yet. Was told that the tech would be dispatched in about 25-30 minutes. When I explained that that I thought the service window was for when they were to arrive, I was told that it was only the window in which they would leave for my appointment. I asked how long it might take and it was estimated to take another half hour or more once the tech finished the current appointment. I then asked how long the service would take and was told up to 2 hours to complete. When I explained that I had set aside 2 hours for the service window plus another hour as a buffer and was now being told it could take up to 2-3 hours past the scheduled time that this was unreasonable. I was told that that was just how it was and I could reschedule if that did not work for me. I initially kept the appt. A few minutes later, a supervisor/manager called me and I explained my frustration with her. She was of no help and again offered only to reschedule. I explained that I did not have time to reschedule since I had already been waiting almost 2 hours. I initially shortened my service to just the AC service to get at least something done, but decided to cancel since I had no confidence at that point that they could arrive in a reasonable time or perform the service in the time I had left. This was the second time I was disappointed by the service they had provided (or scheduled to provide) so I will not likely use them again.
