Edwin and Brandy at Panda Roof and the whole team that worked on our flat roof, deck, and gutters were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is professional and timely. Marcus was timely, professional, covered everything, and actually went above and beyond what he needed to do just to take additional precautions. My only issue was with the initial form that I had to sign--won't get into details but it was couched more as an invoice, and actually called that, than an estimate or work order.
