Great to do business with. Communicated well, and sent pics via text as work was being completed which was a huge help since this was a rental property I own and I couldn't make it out while he began the job. Very friendly.

I liked the quick response time, especially since it was the weekend, did not have to wait for Monday as with many companies. Nigel fixed and secured the gutters and his price was very affordable, nice guy, would hire again.

Prompt service. My only complaint was that I asked him to remove our damaged gutter guards. He did so, but left some of the screws on our deck and along the property. My 1 year old was out on the deck and picked up a screw. Thankfully he handed it to me instead of putting it in his mouth. On closer inspection, we found at least twenty screws. They might have fallen from the roof but I wish he would have done a walk around to inspect the property after the job was done.

Very prompt in replying to my request. Came with all needed equipment to do the job. Courteous and thorough. Did not arrive at the agreed time but he called to let me know he was going to be about 20 minutes late. I have another job I need completed and I will be contacting him.
