He said he fixed the ice maker but it doesnt work. I n all fairness though he was hired to fix a leak in the refrigerator not the ice maker.

First off, I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. I called to have my parents dryer repaired. The guy was not able to move the appliances out from the wall himself. I did it for him. He then assured us he could repair the dryer and would take a few days to get the parts. Then he wanted full payment up front (big mistake) After about 2 weeks we didnt hear anything. I called and he said he forgot to call and let us know that he cant get the part needed. He said he would send money back, minus a diagnostic fee. Nothing was ever mentioned of a fee when I called to get a repair estimate. To top it off, he was at the house less than 30 min and charged $140!!!!! I could have had plenty of people come in and lie to me about their ability to fix it for way less. Very disappointed that someone this shady would be listed on Home Advisor.

I had an older model refrigerator that needed repaired. Mr Coleman was able to come over and diagnose the problem the same day that I called him. It took about a week and a half to get the parts needed for repair. He came back to complete the repair the next day. He worked relatively late in the day which worked out well for me. I didn’t have to take a day off work. The refrigerator is working well now, and I was very pleased with the service.
