The service was okay. I have chosen not to use them again. After their work, one of my toilets came to over flow and flooded my bathroom. The issue had been resolved though. He came back and did some resetting and some things.

Called to set Big Deal appt time. Called to confirm appt time. Two people arrived with tools, showed them the possible tasks and they collected tools to begin on highest priority. Learned my replacement bathroom faucet kit was generic & incomplete. Moved on to the disposal. Had time left so they reviewed the Kitchen faucet and recommended replacement parts (national brand with universal parts for future repair visit. The Big Deal did not include parts so the disposal work was over and above the big deal cost. The company sent me greeting cards as I had purchased the Big Deal twice (first expired before work was scheduled).

Just okay. The provider didn't show up with the appropriate tools/parts for the toilet ring so the time it took to get them was taken off our total time and he couldn't complete all services.. We just weren't wowed but the attitude either.

Good, outside facet was so hard to turn on/off, called them about it, and said they would be back on a certain day/time.Day of they called and said there was a family emergency and would have to reschedule.......never heard back from anyone so I had to work on on adjust myself

The name "Blessed Plumbing" perfectly fits this company. After they did their work and left my home, I knew I had just been blessed.This company knows about going "the second mile". They came out to unstop a kitchen sink disposal but fixed several other plumbing issues and volunteered information to improve the plumbing in our home. As long as they are in business I will never question whom to hire for plumbing needs. I highly recommend Blessed Plumbing.

Went great, had all the parts and was quick

We responded to Big Deal advertisement to get odds and ends done.

They did a great job. They were very helpful and did more than what they had originally come out to do. They did not charge me anything extra as well.

It worked out very well. It was a little messy because it was muddy. They took awhile to get it dug out and hooked up. They put everything back nice and neat. They put my sump back on top and it looks like nothing has ever been wrong there. They did a very nice job. It was kind of messy for them, but they didn't fuss at all. In fact I asked them to give me an estimate on another project I'll be working on. We haven't done it yet, but they're very knowledgeable and not only with the work that they did for me, but also with the future project I have a need for. The deal had almost expired, but that wasn't a problem with them. They said they would honor it and they did. They needed a large part that I did not have, which was a 3 inch 90 degree coupling. They had one and wanted $5 for it and it was about the same price as home depot, so I did pay the extra $5 for the part. It was pretty low in cost and I didn't feel gouged or anything. What needed to be done was really self explanatory. They could've said they were done and out of here when I asked them to give me an estimate on another job which involves running a gas line to a new grill I'm looking at buying, but they took the time to measure and give me a verbal quote at that time. They at least gave me a ball park idea and also an idea of how they would do it, so it was both educational as well as me feeling that they were knowledgeable in that area as well.

2 very nice gentlemen came to my house to give me an estimate on my upstairs bathtub leaking into my downstairs hall.. was told the tile on the wall was leaking and needed to be replaced with a one piece sheet or marble - no more tile, and the tub would also need to be replaced. Total $2800. unless the flooring underneath the tub needed to be replaced then, of course, it would be more, $300 - 400 more. It would take 3 days to do the job. Estimate would be emailed to me. It didn't come through. They called. I called them and told the recorder that the estimate had not come through. They tried again, did not come through. One of the gentlemen came to my house and handed me an estimate. I thought that was very nice. They followed up with 2 calls. I have not returned the call as I wanted to get 3 estimates.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They didn't really take two hours to do the service. He did not have a tool to take the bath tub drain apart so he could snake the drain which is why he didn't take two hours for that. He offered to come back at a cost. He said he couldn't figure out how to get that thing off. It's a great company, they just didn't have everything they needed. The lack of tools and knowledge kinda threw me off.

The gentleman arrived on time. He installed the bathroom faucet within 15 minutes and proceeded to caulk the sink. I had asked him to do the tub. He tried to talk me out of it saying he advised against it..the old caulk needs to be removed and a fan should be on it for a day so it can dry before new caulk can be applied. I have had caulk applied before and have never been told that. After I insisted, he said he would do it. he told me at least 3 or 4 times that he would not guarantee his work and that he was not good at caulking. He was correct. He was finished in under an hour, I paid for 2 hrs of service..I went upstairs to see what he had done. The faucet was indeed put in. The caulking was not good and was also incomplete. It was messy and all over the tile. It was not done completely around the tub. Since it was still wet, I tried to smooth it with my finger so it looks a little better but not much. I don't feel I got what I paid for but I'm glad I didn't ask for anything else to be done. I would fear it to being done poorly. And the one other thing I experienced with this provider that I never have with anyone else is that as he was trying to talk me out of getting the bathtub caulking done. he tried to tell me that our floor was soft and sinking, although he doesn't feel it now, and that the slight mold on our tiles indicated that we need a complete tub remodel (our wall tiles have a slight mold to them because they haven't been scrubbed in maybe 10 yrs, we just don't scrub them). He reminded me of a 20/20 that had just come on about a car repair shop and how a broken windshield wiper turned into a $2000 repair. Now for the good stuff - The secretary that answers the phone is wonderful, she is very responsive and helping in every way, the company was good to honor the coupon up to 2 wks after it expired.

They were good. They showed up on time and the pricing was right on; they charged what they said they would. They were very professional and they took care of the issue.

Blessed Plumbing did a nice job. It was so long ago and I don't really remember it that much.

I remember he left parts down. He had old parts that he took out, he left that down there. He left a jacket. He really smelled. I don't think it cost me more. He was trying to get me to purchase a backup generator and I just said, "No", a backup to the sump pump. I don't know if he left the jacket, may be that was somebody else but I think that he was nice enough but I can't stand to have anybody around me with poor hygiene. And then those parts were heavy and I had to take them out and throw them in the trash. I just didn't think he was very professional. The pricing was fine! I thought the quality was good. He came out pretty quickly.

It went really well! Ron was a very nice, courteous, professional man! We have already recommended him to others.

Noticed a small hairline leak that was spraying water everywhere. Turned off water to the entire house since there wasn't a shut-off valve under my sink, called them in the morning and they were out within the hour and fixed the leak! Everything was perfect and I really appreciated the quick response since it was a Saturday! Thought they would charge me an extra fee since it was the weekend and an emergency but they did not.

Their customer Service could’ve been better. They had me carry the toilet up stairs myself.
