Description of Work: We called them on Tuesday to replace two Moen faucet cartridges. They arrived Friday morning and would have been earlier but we were not available. The repairman was courteous and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I could not have been more impressed with the level of service that I received. The DM representative was on time, and went directly to work when he arrived. His problem skills were excellent. He discovered the source of the plumbing leak, and explained to me the options that he had. He tried the most economical choice first, and fortunately, it worked. While working on that problem, he discovered another small leak that would grow into a bigger one. He had the parts on his truck to make that repair in very little time. Hopefully,I won't hane another plumbing problem soon, but if I do, I will call DM Plumbing without hesitation.

Description of Work: Replaced old washer which was hooked directly into sewer line. They came and within minutes removed the old unneeded hoses, and put a clean out valve to close off the opening. Basement smells much better. Very professional, came out same day, called to say service was on the way.
