My mother had leaky faucets in two bathroom- and one laundry-room sinks. They were over 60 years old. She did not want to replace the hardware. Andy rebuild the faucets so they didn't leak any more. One handle was beyond repair and he managed to find one that matched and replaced it. I was pretty amazed that he could find a new faucet that matched because it was not standard at all. He was very good with my mother, who is a little cranky. He definiely aims to please.
Description of Work: Rebuild faucets for three old sinks. Replaced a handle on one of them.

Wonderfully! I had a leak I didn't know about and when I got a huge water bill, I called And'ys Master Plumbing and he came out and fixed all problems I had and my water bill went down a lot!
Description of Work: Extensive work on toilet, replacing parts and then cleaning the main drain out to the street.

I went out of town and the pilot light went out on the H2O heater--there's never a good time for this and had it happened when I was home I easily could have lit it myself. So, I called Andy because he did some other H2O repairs for me in the past and despite being booked with jobs that entire day he still came to the house late in the evening and re-lit the heater. There were family members still in the house that needed hot water and Andy came through for us.

He got paid $60 for showing up and $64.00 more ($124.00 total) for telling me what I already figured: I needed a new water heater, strung me along for a week and a half with BS stories about how many hours the job was going to take, how involved the job was going to be, how he couldn't find the right water heater, how he couldn't begin the job if a county inspector didn't check it out (the inspector saw no problem with it) -- and then never called me back to make an appointment. I finally called Home Depot; they came out in less than 48 hours and had the job completed in less than two hours. Don't waste your time/money calling him.

We were referred to this job through a home warranty company, not through Angie’s List. On the day that we received the job from the home warranty company, we went to her house to look at the water heater. Once we arrived at the job, we saw that the combustible air was questionable and the water heater would need to be raised a little higher. In order to do this and to ensure it would be safe, we called the building inspector prior to beginning the work (which is how seriously we take the safety of the homeowner and their home into consideration). It took the inspector a few days to look at the proposed job and did approve the job. We called home warranty to give them the amount of the job to bring it up to code as well as to replace the water heater. The homeowner was going to have out of pocket expenses. She chose to be paid by her home warranty and elected to purchase a water heater from another vendor. Our records do not indicate that we ever collected any money from this customer.

Very good and fairly quick, had all parts with him to finish job.
Description of Work: Installed a new faucet and modified the under-sink plumbing to accomodate it. Also, adjusted another faucet tha was leaking.

Description of Work: I have a home warranty for a flat fee of $60 so price is not an issue as far as the ratings go. However, I would love to tell you that the customer service was excellent, the attention to detail, communication and everything else was a great experience. They had to make 2 trips because my house wasn't up to code (we just bought this money pit) and they had to buy parts to make adjustments. After the 1st visit, they were more than fully prepared (they bought 10 parts to try and only needed 1 so they had to later return 9 parts.... wow!) and fixed our 2 plumbing issues quickly, no mess and we are MORE THAN pleased with the results!!!! Also, they gave me a 4 hour "window" but I needed to run an errand the day they were coming out so I called their cell phone and they answered the 1st call and gave me a more specific timeframe so I could plan my entire afternoon which is a great thing!!!! Besides the fact that they are 2 very professional and personable guys to deal with. In and out of here and nice and professional....what more can you ask for????

He is awesome. He is by far the best plumber I have seen in my life. He usually comes out within 2 to 3 hours of calling him. All of the people he has working for him are great as well.

We were happy to have found this company as they are very responsive to our needs. They came right out and fixed the leak in record time, were very professional, and the price was extremely good for what they did.

THE OWNER'S NAME IS ANDY, AND WE HAVE KNOWN HIM FOR A LONG TIME. IF WE CALL HIM HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP RIGHT AWAY AND THE WORK HE DOES IS JUST AWESOME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM FOR ANY TYPE OF PLUMBING.
