SEARS

They were awful. The technician hit on me three times, it was really scary. I actually had a warranty, so they didn't charge anything. I actually had to get a second warranty, because that treadmill had so many issues. They only had four technicians and one that worked in my area. They were so bad that if the technician was scheduled to come to my house that I didn’t want here, he would come anyway. Then he wouldn’t show up when he would be half way here and he wouldn't call me to tell me that he wasn't coming. This went on for two months. The only reason I used them was because the treadmill came from there and it was a gift. They put the wrong console on it. The first time he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. The second time, he put the wrong console on it. They came back and told me that there was still nothing wrong with it. I called the people that made the treadmill and they told me that something was wrong with it. They told me that they would work with Sears if the guy would call them and he wouldn’t call them. The other guy who they made to drive an hour and a half out of his way did call them. They didn't show up half the time, because of the guy who was supposed to come to my house. I even had to call his boss on his personal cellphone and talk to him. He was cool and said that he would deal with it. He didn’t fire him, but he got reprimanded, and he still works there.  I would never use them again in the future.

I used to work there, and I know the people that are there, so they do good work for me. I am not pressured by them to buy services that I don’t need. I would use them again in the future.

It went really well. I got what I wanted at a good price.

I guess it went well, it has been awhile. The tires have been pretty good. We have had the tires for about a year now. There has not been any problems with the tires. For the overall experience I would give an A & I would use them again.
