We have a spilt level built in 1965. It had a rod iron railing going up our stairs just over halfway. We always hated it because the railing didnâ t go to the top of the stairs. After a family member had a terrible fall. We wanted to replace it and have it custom-made so the railing went all the way to the top. And we wanted something dressy and would not just rod iron. George custom-made our staircase and now it is a showcase of our home we recommend 10 out of 10.

George did a fabulous job on my staircase. He replaced my wood spindles with wrought iron and I am so happy with the results. He completed the job in 3 days and was very neat. I highly recommend Royal Stairs!

George is amiable and says he loves what he does. He listens and does his job very well. Inna is nice, but I was not aware of her assistance until she arrived with George. I was under the impression that he would do the job to completion. For consistency, I want to know all the people involved in a project up front. Not everyone works the same or at the same skill level no matter the ease or difficulty of a job. Overall, I am satisfied with the finished product. The stairs are sturdy. Timing needs to be clear as well.

George did an amazing job rebuilding my steps and installing the rails. He is very talented and skilled in his profession. I loved working with him as he is always punctual and makes sure he gives you exactly what you discussed.
