A gentleman from Paramount actually just walked up to my house one day to tell me that they were doing repairs from a hail storm that had affected everyone in the area (this is what I now know as a storm chaser). After speaking with him, I gave my insurance a call and got the process started. Jerry (the owner) met with my insurance company to work on the claim. He did not seem pleased that they were not willing to cover the roof or a complete siding repair (they wanted to just do parts of the siding). As I was trying to get everything coordinated with insurance and Paramount, Jerry basically fell off the earth. He asked me to email him the quote, which I did, and then I never got a response. I sent him a follow up email to ask if he had received the quote, and once again, no reply. I called and spoke with Jerry, and he said he did get the email and would call me back with an update in a couple days. A week or 2 later, I called again and left a message. Then a couple days after that another call. This time he actually answered, and I asked him flat out if he wanted my business or not because he wasn't responding to my inquiries. He said yes he did, but that he had a lot going on or some other generic excuse. He could have simply said that he was overbooked and asked if we could wait for him to open up some time, but he just again said he would get everything together and call me back in a few days. That call never came, nor did any further calls. I can't believe I'm the only one either since there were Paramount yard signs on a bunch of my neighbors' lawns, yet those signs all came down and I never saw Paramount here again. Avoid.

They brought enough crew to complete the process in 1 day. They're very good at cleaning up after themselves. They worked with our insurance company so it is totally paid off.
