System was installed very neatly and cleanly, everything was well-explained. Would recommend to anyone seeking a radon mitigation system.

We are pleased with the services performed by Wayne and his crew. The radon fan installed initially had been too loud for our taste and they replaced it with a smaller fan that has been doing the job just as well. Also, when a hand-held device to measure radon bought online started to show weird numbers, Wayne kindly lent us one of his radon measurement devices to compare the numbers. Professional and responsive.

I would recommend All Ohio Radon to anyone who believes they have a radon issue in their house!  Wayne Porter explained what radon is and how his system would remove the gas from my house.  He explained in detail the two different types of systems he could install depending on how my basement was situated. Wayne was extremely easy to work with and took the time to answer all my questions.  Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule my first scheduled installation visit in December and due to unacceptable weather conditions was not able to have the installation until the end of January. But Wayne checked in with me on a regular basis when the weather conditions started to improve to see if I was available for installation. The entire process was painless and the two gentlemen that installed the system were friendly, professional and answered any questions I had. Clean up was pristine and they used tarps on my kitchen floor and basement stairs to mitigate any dirt being tracked through the house.  All Ohio Radon is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with!

Wayne came out (as promised and on-time) for the initial visit, was very professional and informative. I had 2 companies come out to give estimates and I felt  that Wayne took more time to explain, he thought a little more about the location of the pipe and seemed more professional.
On the day of installation, Andy and Drew arrived on time and quickly set to work. They were careful to explain every step, kept things very clean (and I have lite cream carpet!) and completed the install within 4 hours. Andy set up a radon monitor and explained I should see the levels falling over the next few days.
When I did not see the levels falling, I called Wayne and we set up another day to have the crew come out. Wayne assured me he would not cash my check until the installation was successful.
Andy and Drew arrived for the follow up visit as scheduled. Vacuum testing was conducted beneath the slab in 4 additional locations to measure pressure field extension. The results were not good at any test location. Andy spent quite a bit of time explaining the problem (even did a a drawing of the slab, etc to help me visualize). At my request,  Andy explained some other options I might consider- but I would need to contact other companies since All Ohio does not do that work.
 Andy and Drew then removed the radon fan and capped the system piping. I cannot say enough about how very professional and pleasant they were even though by this time they knew they would not be cashing the check I had given them originally. Also, they were not local-they had both driven to my home from an hour away.
Wayne sent me a letter summarizing all the work they did and why it was not successful. Enclosed in the letter was my voided check.
I highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

The mitigation job was done professionaly, and in a timely manner,  There was not dirt, debris or dust of any kind left behind, and the placement of the radon fan and pipe on the outside of the home, was done to  my satisfaction.  All the work that was done i believe to be top notch, so glad that i hired the right people to come into my home to  do this work.  I would definitely recommend tAll Ohio Radon Services to anyone.

They first came out to identify where to install the system.  Since part of the house is slab, it was more difficult to identify the best location. Andy did a lot of testing to find the right place, partially installed the system then tested it over the course of 3 days to insure the levels were decreasing.  Once it was determined the levels were continually falling, Andy came back out and finished the installation in a few hours.  We are very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism both Wayne and Andy demonstrated throughout the process.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a system.  Their customer service was very good--they returned calls promptly and worked well with us to get the job done.

Wayne and Andy were amazing. They were always very professional, courteous, friendly and clean. They paid extreme attention to detail. This was a complicated project giving the age of the home and existing system. They even let my puppy out for a break when I wasn't home.

Wayne and the gentleman who came in to do the install were very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. He responded to email questions in a timely manner and he was also accessible by his mobile number. Wayne made the first visit to our home to assess the situation and gave us honest feedback and realistic expectations. After install, all evidence of construction was cleaned up and no mess was left behind.

We had a great experience and the most important thing is the radon level in our home has gone down to a safe level of 1. We felt that the cost was fair to the work that was performed.

Wayne and his crew are consummate professionals. They were efficient, precise and attentive with their consultation pre-installation, their installation activities and in particular their post-installation testing and tweaking. Their quote matched the final cost, and they did not increase their charges even though we ended up installing the larger volume fan on the system to achieve lower average radon readings.

Services were performed as they said. Installation was fast, clean and professional. Monitors were left another week and radon levels were 1.0 or below. Lower level did not need piping as radon was coming solely from the basement. I had bought a radon monitor previously and it closely matched the levels on their monitors before and after the radon pipe and fan were installed. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism. They even sealed the entry hole of a pipe that had nothing to do with their project, but was in place from another contractor for another purpose. Price was higher than I expected, but without any previous experience with radon companies, I don't know if the price was high, low, or average.

We received estimates from 3 different providers. All Ohio was competitive with pricing, but came off more professional and thoughtful than other providers; spending plenty of time with and listening to our concerns on where and how the external vent pipes, fans, internal sub slab pipe(s) would affect our future plans for renovation/aesthetics/fan noise, etc... Work was completed on time and on budget. Follow-up inspection showed decrease in radon levels from and gt;8 to and lt;1. We bought a home test system and it has been reading anywhere from 0.6-0.9 for 3 weeks. They did a great job working into our schedule.
We would recommend them for this service to all.

Throughout the entire process Wayne was a complete professional. He took time to explain the system and how it worked and made sure I did not have any questions. The installers were not the person I had spoken with, but were also professionals. They ensured that they kept the house clean - it was muddy outside. Once they were finished with the installation, they left no trace of dust behind. They again asked whether I had any questions regarding the system or how it worked. They left behind a radon detector to measure the average and current measurements for the 72 hours after the installation. I was asked to take the final measurements 72 hours after the installation, place the unit in a plastic Ziploc and they picked it up from my doorstep. I was able to pay using Paypal or credit card.

The only difficulty I had - nothing to do with the installers - was making sure that the doors/windows stayed closed for the 72 hours after the installation. Normal usage was fine, but you aren't supposed to leave the doors/windows open during the test. With kids in and out of the house on such a nice weekend, that was tough. Make sure you plan ahead when scheduling.

Wayne was prompt and thorough. The system went in exactly as promised and performed as promised. They left the home clean and we would recommend their services.

Wayne and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were very responsive, came out to the property to provide a quote, and then scheduled the install at our convenience. It did get delayed a week or two for weather, but that was not an issue, rather have the delay than not have it installed properly (e.g. glues adhering, etc.). Unit was installed with two auction points and black tarp attached to walls in small all dirt crawl space. Unit and operation were explained after install. Test was performed for 3 days and resulted in about 75% reduction, bringing levels well below 4. Would highly recommend All Ohio Radon Services.
