It was great.

They showed up early, were very nice, worked fast, did a great job, and charged a totally reasonable amount of money. I will absolutely call them again.

They could not have done it any better, unless they did it for free. They are now our primary electricians and recommend them to friends and family who ask.

Steve was always very responsive. He completed the job when he said he would and cleaned up well after himself.

I called Russo at about 9:30am and they were able to come to our home by 1pm that afternoon. I was very surprised at the quick response. He came over, diagnosed the problem and replaced the light housing in about an hour. I balked a little bit at the $200 price, only because it seemed so easy for him to complete, but nevertheless, we were very please with the speed and quality of the work.

After checking the list, I called Steve Russo and he stopped by the next day for an estimate. His crew arrived the next day and were quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

The guys were here exactly when they said they'd be and the work was done in two hours. I was very impressed with the whole process.

They did electrical installation and electrical fixtures which included lighting installation too. They were punctual and pleasant. They did a good job too. I didn?t get any estimates from them for the job, as it was a small job. I will use their services in the future as well.

During my initial call I left a message and someone got back to me within thirty minutes. We set up an appointment at 8:30am and after receiving an estimate I could decide if I wanted the job done right then. John and his assistant showed up promptly after calling to let me know they were on the way, and quickly and efficiently tested and replaced my two outlets. Then they removed an old flourescent fixture that had never worked and installed an incandescent fixture that now works perfectly. They were quick and extremely pleasant to deal with from start to finish.

This was truly a pleasure. I don't want to praise Russo's too much, because too many people will find out just how wonderful they are. These people are the greatest, the most polite, knowledgeable, punctual, just the best. After many electricians who were picky about projects, expensive, not as knowledgeable, tardy this experience with Russo the just the very best.

I liked them and they were very professional. Their price was reasonable. I would use them in future if need be.

Found on Angie's list, called to schedule an estimate. Mr. Russo's answering machine makes it easy as he states when he is usually in the office (early morning). I left a message on an afternoon, he called me the next morning, and we scheduled a time for an estimate - a few days later. Estimate took about 30 min, was very clear and helpful in determining what needed to be done. Mr. Russo was flexible with my schedule in setting a time for the repair work a few days later. For the repair work, Mr. Russo and two of his staff came. He got them started and then left, they took care of everything promptly and for the price quoted. Very professional, and I felt like I was getting honest, experienced advice.

He was very nice. He was very punctual and responded quickly. He did good work. His price was fair and everything is satisfactory. I would hire him again.

Steve Russo came to our home to give us price for the work. We paid the exact price that he quoted. The work was performed by two employees of the company. They were on time, courteous and professional. They performed the work required and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This story had a rocky beginning. I initially called them a couple of weeks ago and made an 11 a.m. appointment. They did not show up, wasting my whole morning. I was furious. I called and left messages. At the end of the day, I received a call back from them. It was explained to me that they thought it was a "pending" appointment, and that's why they did not come. As far as they thought, it had not been finalized. I don't know where they got that idea, but I told them how they had inconvenienced me so much by not showing up. I received an earnest apology for the screwup, and we rescheduled for today. Two young men came promptly at 9 a.m., when they were scheduled. They brought their tools into my home and surveyed the situation. Fortunately, I have an attic which they could utilize to run the BX cable through without having to tear up my walls, so only two small holes had to be made, a few inches long each. They ran the cable, installed the box, put on a switchplate in an amazingly short time. They also then plastered the two holes very neatly and cleaned up every particle of dirt that they had generated. They put my dresser back and then demonstrated to me that the new outlet worked by flipping on the air conditioner. They MORE than redeemed themselves in my eyes for the initial scheduling problem by doing such exemplary work and taking some off the price as an apology. Therefore, I must recommend these guys as top-drawer. They came, they saw, they wired!

Very well. Work was done by 2 technicians who were prompt and clean. Amount was as quoted.

We called Russo Electric at 7 AM. They came by 10 AM, found the problem was a broken circuit breaker and promptly repaired it. The price was less than quoted with the Angie's List coupon.

He did the job for the price he quoted. He was very neat and did it the same way that I would have done it if I had done it. He was punctual and professional.

Showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleanly and made sure everything worked. Solid work with no surprises. (No surprises with the prices either .. was charged exact amount I was quoted).

The job was completed in a very satisfactory manner. The two-man work team arrived on time and completed the work promptly. The workers were very professional. The workers cleaned up the work areas.

The work was done with excellent quality and I was very impressed. They are a great company to do business with. They are trustworthy and very good craftsmen.

The project went very well. Mr. Russo came and gave an estimate on Tues, Nov 7. He said he could start work on Tuesday Nov 14, and be finished on Nov 15. Friday he called and asked if he could come on Monday, Nov 13. We agreed. He came about 11 AM with two young men. They worked until 4:30PM and came back next morning (today). They have just finished up and cleaned up. We checked all their work and paid the bill. Everything is fine and I must thank Angie's List as I am not used to hiring workmen and you made me feel more secure in my judgement.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY GOOD. HE WAS SOMEONE MY HUSBAND WAS RECOMMENDED TO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK OUT EVERYTHING. I FELT LIKE THEY DID THE BEST WORK THEY COULD DO.

RUSSO ELECTRIC DID A GREAT JOB ON INSTALLING ALL THE WIRING FOR OUR NEW HOME. THEY COMPLETED ALL OF THE WIRING IN TWO DAYS AND CAME BACK A THIRD DAY JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY.

I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. THE COMMUNICATION LEVEL FOR THIS COMPANY WAS WELL BELOW AVERAGE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH FOR WHAT LITTLE WORK WAS DONE.
