Description of Work: They put a new window in our newly renovated bathroom. They had to put a longer one in. You would never know the window i don't come in house. Molding perfect & they are so neat. I love the work and the guys were so pleasant.

Description of Work: We had New York Sash in for a window replacement estimate. The window was approx 33" x 40". Their price was $736. We went with another company for half the price. To be fair we did not want all the features New York Sash offers in their windows. We got a basic window with decent insulation.

Description of Work: They installed new windows and gutters. The windows are top of the line and satisfactory. We will be calling them soon because the gutters seem to be leaking. I was disappointed with the size of the glass in the windows. They assured us we would not be able to notice the difference compared to our old windows but we do. I wish they would have been more honest and up front. They also explained that our alarm system could be reinstalled. However, we had to have an enitre new system installed because it was not compatible with our new windows. I wish they would have been more honest about that too. The windows are easier to clean. They have also been really good about coming out whenever we have called them.

Description of Work: I called New York Sash to get an estimate on replacing my windows. They were on time, the representative was very informative, showed us the product, tested are old windows and answered all of our questions. They have a very high quality product with an excellent warranty. We were very impressed and are looking forward to them doing our work.
