I had very little heat in one zone, so it was a semi-emergency and Lee's was the first to respond. The problem wasn't easy to find, but they fixed it and my heat was restored within an hour.

Quick response. They came the same day I called. They stayed late to analyze the problem. They made sure had heat for the night. They were going on to another client after me, even though it was after 6:00 PM. They got the replacement part needed and came back the next day and installed it.

It's pretty obvious the people saying he is expensive have NEVER hired a plumber before. His double-time fee was actually a lot less then my last plumbers REGULAR time fee. He diagnosed the problem quickly and will repair once part comes in. He was very pleasent to work with. I will update once job is completed.
