Lee's Heating and Cooling

Lee was very professional and knowledgeable in his profession. I would love to see all pros just like him. I honestly would recommend Lee to every heating and air conditioning job, Thank you Lee!!!

My gas furnace stopped working. I entered a request for pros at about 10:00pm on a Tuesday evening. Lee's was the only pro that had online appointment booking. I booked for 10:00am Thursday morning. At 8:00am Wednesday, Lee called and said that because my heat was out he rearranged his schedule so he can come right over. My heat was fixed by 10:00am. Lee and Kevin were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. I will hire Lee's again.

We always hear that a book should not be judged by its cover, Lee's Heating and Cooling's owner is shy and comes out a little un-sure of what he is doing, but after asking him a few questions, he knew as much as all the large air conditioning companies that I called for proposals, without feeling rushed. Lee can truly explain things well and specifically. My husband and I are pleased with his work, and I, am more pleased as my house was left spotless. His prices are in the middle range. Another aspect that I liked very much about Lee was the fact that he returned the down payment check after the contract was signed because he found the problem to be the handler besides a leak in the condenser. He did a thorough check of the unit that took half a day. Lee did not deposit the check until we gave him the okay to do so. Very honest man.

Our central AC system needed replacement. We decided to also replace the furnace at the same time and start with a whole new system. Lee provided a written proposal at the beginning, always arrived when promised, removed shoes when first entering house. He and his workers were very respectful and good to work with.

Lee and his son were very professional and got my furnace up and running on the coldest day of the year. This morning it was 1 below zero and my furnace conked out. We called Lee and within an hour they worked their magic. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired Lee's Heating about three weeks ago. The heating pump needed to be replaced. Plus, since I just got the house, I needed the entire system to be checked. Lee (actually Leeson) gave me a quote and an estimated time of two hours to complete the job. In the end, the job took him and his son about six hours because all the radiators in the house needed to be drained multiple times. The entire time he was courteous and incredibly helpful. As a new homeowner, I felt he could have taken great advantage of me, but instead he took the time to show me the parts of the heating system and what they all do. Before he left, Lee gave me a tutorial on how to drain the system myself and also threw in the key I needed to open the radiators. I feel like it could've been so easy for him to try and charge me more than his original quote considering the job took him 4 times longer to complete, but he didn't. With all my heart, I recommend Lee's Heating to anyone. Leeson runs an honest business and I feel that the least I could do was write him and his son a rave review. They certainly deserve it!

Lee was prompt and a good communicator. I called him because I thought I smelled something coming from the furnace in our new house. He inspected our furnace and our OLD gas space heater from the 1950s. He was very honest with us (turns out, nothing was wrong) and replaced our filter without an extra charge. I would hire him for any future work.

Lee has been very responsive and very professional. He arrived at my home within hours of my inquiry through Homeadvisor and has done very good work. He has been back several times since then to handle additional jobs. I will be using him for all of my heating / boiler issues from now on.

Mr. Leason and his son were very professional and prompt when they arrived at my home. I have a very old furnace heating system that needed to be serviced. Once I explained the situation, work began immediately and efficiently. He counseled me on the system as he worked, which I really appreciated since I asked a lot of questions.
