Steve was friendly and professional. He was hired to repair a leaky tub faucet. He needed a part that he didn t have. He looked up the item on Home Depot & showed me the picture and cost. He left to get the part, returned and completed the job. He charged me the $179 (labor, part, tax)

He gave me his estimate and when the work was finished, that is what he charged. The work was done very well in a relatively short time. He made suggestions that turned out to be superior to my requests. He was flexible and fit our schedule when we had to postpone while waiting for a new kitchen faucet. Almost instant service. He called within 10 minutes of my request. Steve was at my door within 25 minutes and even though the repair was a little harder than I expected (rusted nuts, bolts on the old 20 year old faucet) the new faucet was installed and functioning within 1 1/2 hours! Very knowledgeable and polite.
