A great experience all around! I had a very large tree in a very tight spot that had to be removed. Two other well-known tree companies turned the job down because of the difficulty. Steve from Timberline not only came the same day I called, but was the only one one who gave me a written estimate on the spot. Steve was knowledgeable, personable, honest and gave a fair estimate. Timberline came when they said they would, did a great job removing the tree, cleaned up all the debris and finished way ahead of schedule. The workers were all very nice (not to mention quite skilled!) and Stacey in the office is a great asset, making sure everything runs smoothly and making that all-important follow up call the next day. I would definitely recommend Timberline, and had I known how painless it would be, I would have taken the tree down long ago!

There was a huge, scary dead oak tree on the property we just purchased. Branches have been falling out of it all month. It made me nervous enough to not let the kids in the backyard. Sunday's poor weather put a little fire under me so I emailed John on Monday. He stopped in later that day, and the tree was down the next day. Fast, professional service, as well as a good price. The actual service was the removal of a 120 foot high pine tree and grinding of the stump. The job was expertly performed and they cleaned up very well when they were done.

Very thorough

Unprofessional, left suckers on trees, one worker asked me to pick up his lunch (I gave him a number for the local pizza & chinese takeout instead), now finding dead branches still left in trees & on the ground afterwards, called me a "bxxxh" in a text, a worker stepped on birdhouse making it lean down. I asked for a replacement "L" bracket- they wanted proof even after I sent a pix showing it. (Didn't ask for replacement birdhouse that had been chipped-its still functional). Thought I was being reasonable, but now 2 weeks + 4 days later, still no "L" bracket and we're still left with some dead branches in the trees. After posting this, will I see the bracket at all?

Mine was a difficult job. Overgrown bushes, vines and poison ivy had to be cut down and removed from my house, detached garage and chain link fence surrounding property. The work was completed on schedule and for a reasonable price. They were professional and efficient. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

They responded to my Home Advisor inquiry almost immediately and visited my residence and gave me a quote the same day. The work was completed as scheduled, after a one-day delay due to bad weather. This was a difficult tree removal--tree located right over an in-ground pooll--but it was done carefully and well. Thorough clean-up of debris. Excellent in all regards. Fair price.

Timberline will do a great job. If there are any issues they will resolve to your satisfaction. Excellent work removing the stumps to 2 pine trees over 35 years old, a dead maple tree, 2 bushes and removed tree extensions from 2 trees. All work were done as discussed. I will hire them next year to remove 2 - trees. Thank you again.
