Very prompt, professional and helped with the village board and permit process. Also made sure I knew about insurance claim for tree hit by lightning.

Response was fast. Price was very fair. Pricing on expansion of job was also very good. Execution of large and dangerous takedowns, near my house, using a crane was impressive. Stump grinding and cleanup made it look like all that work was never done.

Steve was great. He took time out from spending time with his family over the labor day weekend to address our needs. Our experience with him is that he is first rate professional and we would gladly, highly recommend him.

I haven't gone through with my tree removal yet, but I found Timberline to be incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. He gave some great ideas as to what would work best as a privacy hedge and even told me where to go if I wanted to purchase the items myself to save money. If/when I go through with this process, I will definitely give them a call!
