Description of Work: The proprietor responded to our request in a timely fashion, arranged for a visit to give us an assessment of the problem (birds in roof vents). He advised us about alternatives to his service that might be cheaper and make more sense. It's this type of ethical behavior that makes me sure to call him should I ever have another problem in his area.

Description of Work: after spending 2000 on handy men for 3 weeks......he came in and in 3-4 days they were gone [squirrels]. the holes were closed up with tin and they never came back. great work.

Description of Work: I live in Bayshore and I called Catch a Critter because I had a raccoon in my attic. They came very quickly and went up in my attic and were able to detect where the raccoon was hiding. It took two hours for them to snare the raccoon but they were so patient and finally removed her as she put up quite a fight. Catch a Critter did a wonderful job and since they didn't have to use a trap and come back, they even lowered their original price. I would use them agin and highly recommend them.
