I went into my garage, and noticed water pooling up all over the floor. It was the hot water heater leaking. It was twelve or thirteen years old. They sent a guy over here on Forth of July weekend. I had to use the emergency number. He didn't do the work, and he assessed the situation. He said, give me a couple hours, I know a guy who works in Jersey that works on the Holiday's. The hot water heater is nicer than the once we had before. They even set it up on an pedestal. It was really professionally done. It didn't cost me a dime, and I gave the guy a really nice tip. I had to pay for the heater, but not the labor. When I moved into the community, the guy offered an rate to everybody. It was beneficial for ten to fifteen people that bought it. I have been with him ever since. My wife called me that the water had gotten worse. They decided to put in a brand new boiler. She was happy. Wait to you see the new unit, and they did a great job. I was hardly bothering them. I stayed upstairs, and he stayed downstairs working. Real nice guy. This guy is the plumber, his name is Dennis. I wasn't there when he put in the boiler, but he did a nice job. I came back to my trip, and the boiler was in about a day, and I could see he did a great job. The water pressure kind of improved after they did that.

When they put in the new furnace, the law here won't let you put in an chimney like furnace. There is new technology with these pvc pipes. One for air intake, and one for condensation outtake. It meant drilling holes in my foundation. One of the guys put the pvc pipes up on my garage ceiling in such a way, the furnace would go into emergency shut down. It wasn't a problem, it wasn't cold yet. He came and couldn't figured out the problem. It looked right, and was installed properly. He called the owner of the furnace, Tran, and they sent an engineer. His technicians couldn't figure it out. The engineer came in and looked at the pvc piping, and he knew what it was. The out take condensation pipe was slanted at the wrong grade level. It needed to be dropped at twelve degrees to worked properly. The guy who put it in at an ninety degree level. He fixed it, and it took an half an hour, and its been working ever since. Its a physic problem. Its physic and air. He was an engineer. Without taking his equipment out, he knew by looking at it. That guy came from another State. Mr. Cook must of paid for that service, because he did not bill me for that service. I have been a customer for fourteen years. I have no complaints. All the contracting person-ell they send are the most delightful, helpful people. They are young guys in their thirties and forties.

I've been using them since I moved here. Excellent job. I've been a customer for 14 years and I have absolutely no complaints. Once I call them, I don't have to worry. I know it's going get done. Every year I renew the contract them. They have always been there for me.

He came one, two, three he had it fixed. He had all the parts on the truck, and he had it fixed. He wasn't here an half an hour. He fixed shower heads, and an drain that wouldn't drain in the master bathroom. I am an old man with cataracts. I can't see anymore, and I rely on them.

After they were fired I hired a new company to come in to service the HVAC system. They told me that it was a mess and that other than the filter being changed, IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS! New Century ripped me off for years. Any one who relies on their services will be sorely disappointed.

I've been using them for a couple of years. In general their aides are good overall.

We had a special condo contract with this company for several years. At first they were okay for general maintenance but during the last year they were incompetent. We usually ended up paying for parts they claimed they didn't cover. I asked for an estimate on plumbing work and nobody called back. Complaints, even to the owner, were useless. The customer was always wrong in their opinion. The appliance serviceman, who was generally clueless, ordered the wrong part for my range. I had to go to the GE website myself to find the correct part. Their 24/7 emergency service is really more like 15/5. My present company replaced, free of charge, some of their ducting. I ended up calling other companies for services New Century was supposed to provide.

See Above. Please note that with regard to service date -- we used this service over a 4 year period and were constantly disappointed. As far as cost, we paid about $400.-500. The promise was one-stop-shopping for home and appliance repairs (like an HMO).

We used this company because they approached our condominium association with a special price. I like the service that they have provided me for the past two years. They will come to you house and diagnose any problems.

We belong to New Century Home Services for an annual fee, then they fix all of the appliances for free, or for a nominal fee. This saves us a lot of money in repairs. We've always been happy with this business and they are very reliable.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THEM AND THEIR WORK. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY CALLS AND FIXED WHATEVER I NEED THEM TO FIX. THEY DON T EVER SAY WE CAN'T DO THAT.
