Description of Work: I contacted this company to assess whether there was mold in my walls or attic as a result of water in the interior of my home from an ice dam on my roof. I had a good conversation with the proprietor who said he was busy but would inspect my home five days hence. He did not show for the appointment nor did he contact me to indicate he would not show, which was quite inconvenient since I had to leave work to meet him. I called him after he was late by 30 minutes and he said he could not make it and rescheduled for 2 days later . At the time of the next appointment, he left an abrupt voicemail indicating he would not make it.

Description of Work: Mold remediation throughout the basement, more extensive than was expected. They were in and out in two days. My only complaint was the damage to one baseboard heater, but it wasn't totaled.

Description of Work: He came to check my bedroom wall and closet for mold. He confirmed I had mold but he said not to worry about it. It was not dangerous. In the meantime, I called ServPro and they removed a lot of mold from from 2 walls and 2 closets. The job took one week and the walls and closets were brought to the beams and I had to reconstruct. Fresh Maintenance failed to assess how much damage I had. He took the mold situation lightly and not serious. It was very serious because 4 more apartments below me had a lot of mold also. ServPro has been servicing our building. Do not ask for this info again. I had made this report twice already!

Description of Work: He told me that I should try and get my money back from Angie's List because I paid too much for the service. He was extremely professional and that comment put him permanently in my all-time favorite list.

Description of Work: They were extremely professional and honest. He told us we did not need to do any mold testing. He was not going to charge us but we had the testing done as confirmation for the tenants living in the space.

Description of Work: Joe spent time speaking with me on the phone about what service was necessary in my home. Since I already had a test that showed high levels of mold in one of my children's bedrooms, Joe was aware that addressing the issue quickly was very important to me. On the day he was finally able to schedule (he is very busy), he emailed me a half hour after the appointment time to say that he was sick. When trying to reschedule, Joe never responded to me email of 11/10. He seems nice, but in the end I waited a long time for him to do the work and he was just too busy.

Description of Work: He was great. He spent about 15 minutes at my home. He told me that my home was a fine and that it wasn't necessary for me to do air tests. He charged me nothing since he said he really did nothing. i was stunned. I would have paid the $99 fro his inspection. I would definitely recommend him. I felt he deserved tone paid for his time, but he refused. How nice and reputable.

Description of Work: Joe, the company president, completely forgot the first scheduled appointment. We re-scheduled and he showed up on time. His analysis of my mold smell in the bathrooms was superficial. He did not go into the crawl space under the bathrooms to see if any mold was present. He never sent me the lab report on the air sample (part of the package I purchased thru Angie's list) he took despite my calling and email requests. I hired a general contractor to look at the problem and he found mold on the beams and insulation under the bathroom area. This contractor is not a mold specialist but at least he made the effort to analyze the problem.
