He was able to give me an estimate within just a few minutes. Our project was a roof on a parsonage that was in serious need of replacement. The shingles they use are Owen's Corning and have a 50 year warranty on the product and 10 year on workmanship. That is hard to beat! I had my asphalt roof replaced. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable about their product. Their product has a 50 year warranty on the product and a 10 year warranty on the workmanship because they are a Preferred installer for Owens Corning. The roofers were conscientious about my landscaping and used strategically placed tarps to ensure old roofing and nails did not land in my bushes or flowers. They cleaned up before they left and they did a good job. My roof looks great and we have had a lot of rain lately and no leaks. They also had a company they work with come and install new gutters and leaf guards. They also look great.

I had a small leaking problem, that failed with a repair. Repair was done by a different contractor. So, I decided to replace the roof . This was the Only, vendor, I spoke with, that mentioned the brands of ALL the material used. I did pay more to have all materials as- quality. Owen Corning. This is a significant guarantee that I wanted. IF any problem- 1 product involved. Worked around my schedule, completed the work efficiently, and did wait for my delayed return for final inspection. It has now been in place for about 1 year- with no problems.

Actually they were first company that gave us an estimate ! I was very impressed with Johns professional manner plus his kindness! The crew was efficient n did a nice cleanup job! The quality of the shingles outstanding !

They have a 10 year warrenty on their installation. Roofing materials have a 30 to 35 year warrenty. They have 24/7 contact by cellphone. They explain all the whys and how the work was to be done. They guaranteed complete satisfaction with the installation. They were cheaper than the other highly rated company I considered ($10500 instead of $14000) even though they use top quality materials. They completed the work in just over a day.

I agreed to hire the company for my roof replacement, and they called within 3 weeks (sooner than promised) to schedule the job. The team arrived on time, working efficiently enough to complete the work in a single day. It was an amazing experience watching our new roof get removed and installed in one day. From John's (contract estimator) comprehensive explanations and attention to deal on the work to be done; to Mike's (crew supervisor) obviously extensive experience in specialized roof installations. Finally, watching each member of the six man crew do their individual tasks with such attention to detail, and just plain hard work; was something to behold. I learned more from them in one day about all that was happening, than I would have watching a week's worth of YouTube videos on roofing installations. Very professionally run company. The communication was great from the start of the project through completion. They showed up when they were scheduled to and completed the project on time with no surprise additional cost at the end. The original estimate given was for the total cost of the project and they held to that cost. I liked the no pressure sales and the explanation of what the job entailed and how it would be accomplished. They were here and completed done within 24 hours from the start of the project.

Consummate professionals all the way around from beginning to end. Had the pleasure of dealing with both John and David. John came to the house, got up on the roof, took lots of pictures, and came down to give me his assessment without resorting to scare tactics trying to up sell me to a new roof. Work was done quickly and well and according to contract on the first day that weather permitted. Feel much better heading into winter now. When we do have a new roof put on, we wouldn t think to use anyone other than this outfit, clearly the most professional in the area.
