Rob showed up at 9AM as agreed and we went over the projects I needed done. He began with the installation of the ceiling fan in the living room. Turned out to be a lot more complicated than I imagined but Rob was able to figure out the problem and did a great job. He also installed dimmer switches in my dining room, living room and den. While installing the new switch in the dining room he noticed that the previous owner had stuffed paper in the socket (a potential fire hazard) -- he corrected the problem. The next problem came when he was installing a new ceiling fixture in the den. Seems when the house was rewired they cut corners and crossed the wires in the den with the wires in the living room and used the wrong type of wire - Rob also corrected this problem. One of my biggest problems was the light switch at the bottom of my stairs - it wouldn't turn on the light at the top of the stairs - Rob figured out that it was a bad switch and fixed this problem also.

I called to report a loss of power in one of the circuits in my home and expected that someone would be sent to check it out. Instead I was given advice as to what I could do to possibly correct the problem and was told to call back if I still had the problem. I did the things that were suggested and the problem was corrected. I called back to express my thanks. Although I was unable to evaluate the quality of their work I was extremely impressed by their approach and would definitely call upon them for another electrical problem.

Wonderful service. I contacted this business for my Mom on Tuesday evening. He called her early the next morning and completed the work. She was thrilled with how nice and professional he was. We highly recommend this business.

THE WIRE IN THE METER THAT READS THE USAGE AMOUNT WAS SCREWED UP. SINCE THIS COMPANY FIXED THE PROBLEM WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY EXTRA UNEXPECTED HIGH BILLS.

THIS COMPANY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AN LEFT. THE ONLY INTERACTION THAT WE HAD WAS ME SIGNING THE PAPERWORK. THE PRICE THEY CHARGE WAS ACCURATE.

THE WIRES WERE HOOKED UP WRONG. THE KNOBS THAT CONTROLLED THE DRYER WERE HOOKED UP TO THE WASHER. THE HOT WAS MIXED WITH THE COLD. THEY WERE ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB FIGURING OUT THE PROBLEM. THE HOT WATER WAS CONNECTED TO THE COLD WATER HOSE AND VICE VERSA. SO, THEY SWAPPED THE HOSES AND RECONNECTED THEM TO THE WASHER.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS GOOD. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING.

A LOT HAD TO BE DONE FOR OUR CEILING FAN TO BE INSTALLED. THE WIRES TO THE FAN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE LIGHTING. THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB.
