RB Tree service did an outstanding job and their pricing is excellent. These guys are friendly and went way out of there way to do a great job. They deserve the 5 star rating and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have tree removal or trimming done.

We were very happy with this company. The crew was very skilled with the chain saw. The branches they trimmed were very close to the house, and they didnt hit the house or our Japanese Maple tree which was close to that area. It was interesting to see how they cut down a dead pine tree . The pine tree had fallen over, the top of the tree was leaning over our fence and was hooked to the top of the neighbor's tree. The crew threw some ropes around the tree, made a cut, pulled the tree straight up then pulled the tree away from the fence line. All the cut down trees were stacked nicely. They did a good clean up job.

The service was fine once they got here. Only problem was that I was told they'd be at my house at 8:30 am. I called at 8:45 to see if they were still coming. Was then told 9:45-10:00. I called at nearly 11:00, was told 40 minutes. They finally got here at nearly 12:00. My point being, they should have initiated the phone call to me to let me know they were going to be late. I had canceled an appointment so I could be here at 8:30 which turns out I didn't need to. Customer service by means of communication is important.

These guys were PROMPT, EFFICIENT and HARD WORKING!!! I â HIGHLYâ Recommend them! Iâ ll be using them again for more stump removal . *initial estimate meeting didnâ t go so well. He told me 15-20 minutes, but showed up an hour and a half later. ** Make certain that contractor is there when promised. Your time is important as well. Other than that, I highly recommend this company.

RB Tree Service did an excellent job clearing overgrowth and tree/vine/ivy root removal. They came and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very pleased with the work they did.
