My experience was very good. This was the first time I had used them. I was very pleased with their work. They were very prompt as well.

We didn't start off well as we were postponed but then they did it a week before the last postponement. They were really great. All of the guys were nice. They all really loved our dogs and were mindful of closing the gate to the yard because we had a 5 month old puppy. My siding design was quite detailed with three different material designs. Because of the cost, we weren't going to put the scallops on the side peaks but when they removed the old siding and discovered that the original house had it, they had enough material to do small peaks which really excited me. My house is beautiful! I would use them again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I plan on contacting Joe to replace the windows in the front of my house. Great Job.

My new siding was installed in December and it looks beautiful. I am very happy with the siding. It is insulated and has definitely helped with eliminating any drafts in my older house. Joe and his crew were a pleasure to have around and the cleanup left the property cleaner than it was before! The materials were high quality and done to perfection. Any calls were answered promptly, the crew worked well together and were very professional and proud of their work. I got two other estimates and no one could beat Navco. I would give Navco a superior rating. Eight new Pella windows were installed last spring. They work perfectly and look wonderful.

Joe and his team of professionals did an excellent job from beginning to end as well as follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied. The crew was courteous and polite. They did a great job of keeping both the inside and outside of the home nearly spot free and extremely clean. They provided excellent value for the services performed and wsa always willing to listen to suggestions. I would highly recommend NAVCO for any large or small job and will use him again should the need arise.

Joe Navarra was great to deal with from the time he responded to our initial inquiry and came to the house to discuss options, to the time he and his crew left after installation was complete. I called him at the recommendation of a neighbor, who had had a great experience with him. We had consulted four area replacement window providers, and our experience with Joe was refreshing and low- pressure, while others were akin to having a car saleman sitting at the kitchen table. Joe offered no special deals, no coupons, no discounts that were about to expire if we didn't move right now. Just a very reasonable price for the purchase and installation of a very high-quality product made by Pella - a familiar national brand. Essentially, in our initial meeting, Joe showed us the product, gave us his price for everything, answered all our questions satisfactorily, and assured us he'd be doing the installation himself. The whole sales process took about a half-hour, as opposed to over two hours by one of the competitors. We checked all the consulted competitors on Angie's list and the Internet in general, and found that the "discount" and "time sensitive" offers by others were a common sales tactic - something that made us even more uncomfortable. Joe was no-nonsense, no hype - just a simple, uncomplicated transaction. That's what we look for. Joe and a crew of four other guys arrived on Wednesday morning and had all 21 windows installed the first day. They came back the next morning, did the final caulking and trim where needed, cleaned up and were done and out by noon. I have decades of finish carpentry and cabinetmaking experience, and consequently view any job with an extremely critical eye. I was very pleased with an exceptional job and a very high-quality product. I would recommend Joe Navarra and Navco to anyone considering replacement windows..

We were very pleased with Navco's work. This was not a standard install and requred several modifications to the window and door unit openings. Joe Navarro personally participated in the work and was great about explaining things when questions were asked. The crew was very professional and pleasant. Work was progressed smoothly and work areas were protected and cleaned up each day. We had one window that would not tip in properly when we tried to clean the exterior glass so we called Joe to come out to the house to take care of the problem. He was very responsive and took care the adjustment within a few days. When my wife had attempted to "reset" the window she damaged the screen. This was also taken care of promptly without any questions. Overall they did a very good job in a timely manner and we would use them again without hesitation.

They were punctual and neat. There were (and still are) some problems with the Pella window locks, so I can't recommend without hesitation the Pella product (they are supposed to be contacting me to fix them, but it's been a month and no word yet). Also, the windows do not offer as much sound insulation as other similar products, so I am disappointed in the overall quality. The owner, Joe, is very professional and doesn't try to "hard sell" as other companies do, so I would not hesitate to do business with him again. ***As an update, and an example of the owner's professionalism, he contacted me upon receipt of the prior review and is looking into why Pella has not been in contact reagarding the latches.

I can't not say enough good about this group of men, Joe is the owner and was onsite the entire time working next to his crew every step of the way. So fast, and clean and neat. Great group of guys on his team. and the work is outstanding. If you need new doors or windows or roof or siding and you don't call Navco you are missing out. I never owned a house before and inherited this one and it needed updating and I had no idea how to do stuff like this. I saw his ad on tv and called and he came out and did a free estimate. I had 4 other estimates he was not the lowest but made us feel comfortable and it was worth every penny and we hired him and I am going to hire him again to replace the roof as well. Super great people and team and I can not tell you how clean and neat and professional they are. Thank you Joe, Dave, Mark and Ryan you made this old house look super again. Again don't miss out on the best bargain for your money, trustworthy, neat and super great results.

When we bought our home last year, one of the first things we did was replace a nasty old sliding glass door. Joe Navarra was our choice out of 3 quotes - we were very happy working with Joe and the results. When we decided to replace all our windows because our heating bill was high despite the fact that it was a mild winter, we did the quote thing (because it is the smart thing to do). We called Joe and he came out quickly, measured all the windows, showed us our options, and gave us a written quote on the spot as opposed to the "other guy" who wasted 3 hours of our time and wanted to give us discounts only if we ordered the same day and agreed to a list of terms and conditions. I was happy to have Joe and his crew come back and replace my windows - it was definately the best choice to make. He and his whole team worked hard and quickly. They got the whole house done in a little less than a day and a half. They are professional, trustworthy, and cordial. They cleaned up and put everything back in order. I recommend them without hesitation. In fact, I forgot about the 2 basement windows and Navco will be back to do those windows as well.

Made appt. for estimate to replace some windows, Joe from Navco was right on time, polite, professional and not pushy at all. We agreed and made a date to replace the windows. On specified date to replace windows, Joe and his team were right on time, they were all great! Polite and professional, did the job extremely well and cleaned up after themselves; couldn't ask for anything better. We have a1960's home with all original windows, 6 down, 14 more to go and we've already made another appt. with Joe from Navco to replace 6 more windows.

Joe was so professional from start to finish. The job was done in a most timely fashion. They even made clean-up look like a breeze. I love the new door and the 5 windows we had replaced. NAVCO provided exceptional service from estimate to completion. I chose Pella fiberglass windows (7). Angie's List special came as I was getting estimates, so I saved $1500; but even without the special offer Joe's price was less than competing bids. Price and QUALiTY couldn't be beat. Joe Navarra returned calls immediately, came for an estimate w/in 48 hrs. He's down to earth, listens carefully, is straightforward, respectful, and was very responsive to my questions and concerns, coming up with sound solutions. He offered to contact Pella re special requests without hesitation. Crew arrived on time and they, too, were remarkably service-oriented and gracious. They cleaned constantly and even removed hardware from my 80-year-old windows, so I could save them for extra parts. The crew of 4, including Joe, worked together seamlessly in a jovial yet focused style. Joe checked everyone's work throughout the process, although it hardly seemed necessary as everyone knew their job. Job was completed ahead of estimated time and I think my house was cleaner after they finished than it was before they started. The work was outstanding - - friends with construction experience told me it was the best installation they've seen. I've never felt so enthusiastic about any contractor's work. I hit the jackpot with NAVCO.

Windows were delivered the day of installation and were of the quality I expected. The NAVCO team showed up on time and started work in my step daughters room as I requested. They had a five man crew who worked well together and coordinated the installation in one day. They were fast, efficient and cleanly in ther performance of their jobs. They went out of their way to get oak trim to put around the new bay window. This was a great improvement over the old white trim. They left my house clean and with new energy efficient windows.

They came out to quote 2 days after I called. Very professionally done. Answered all my questions and left me with a written quote unlike others I had contacted. The warranty on the product was very good. I made the decision to contract with Navco on Fri 7/8, Joe came out to verify the measurements on Sat 7/9. I was quoted a 4 week lead time for the custom job. They called the day before coming to install and showed up as promised on 8/17. The installation was quick and professional. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer's defect on the slider and it had to be remade and re-installed. They stated since it was a build to order it would take at least 2 weeks. The new slider panel was installed on 9/8 (Irene's rains created a slight delay.) Once again they arrived as promised and quickly replaced the door panel. Very nice people to do business with. The crew cleaned up after each install. When I can afford to replace the rest of my windows they will definitely be the first, and perhaps, the only company I will call. Joe the owner comes out on the install and actually works with his crew. Very impressive.

I had looked at a number of replacement windows before deciding on Pella Vinyl replacement windows. I received a number of estimates and made my decision based on price and the personal meeting with the company representative. Some of the other companies with who I met with were very pushy and some would bad mouth their compertision. Navco explained what the job would cost, how long it would take for the material to arrive and the length of time the job would take. They also explained how the Pella windows were made and about the guarantee on the windows. The job went just as they explained it would and on time. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Estimate was quick and easy. Reasonably priced. Excellent product and service. Would use again and highly recommend.

Their service was excellent. They were clean and neat, they did their work, and they cleaned up afterward. It was wonderful. Their price came in just about where we expected it to.
