Arrival time was later than arranged, however I was very pleased with the workers. They were efficient, careful and pleasant. Also, obviously knew what they were doing.

Syosset Glass called quickly after my inquiring about having a basement window repaired through Servicemagic. They set up an appointment and arrived on schedule. Work was done professionally by a pleasant friendly worker. They were even able to re-secure the wiring for our alarm system to the new glass pane. If the need arises again, I will certainly use them again. Hopefully the kids have learned not to play ball in the house! I would recommend them without hesitation.

I ORDERED GLASS WINDOWS FROM JIM. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET. JOB WILL PROBABLY BE DONE IN LATE AUGUST. JIM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I called to replace a broken window in my house. They quoted me an estimated price over the phone. They then came to my house to confirm the measurements and price. The glass was ordered and within 2 weeks they came and replaced the glass as promised. They did a very professional job which made this an effortless repair.
