I have used Home-Adviser in the past with excellent results. This time I had concerns over the air quality of my apartment and wanted to make sure all was well since I spend a lot of my time inside. I was contacted by Jeff Caso of â Bio-Tech Restoration & Emergency Services Incâ and went over my concerns. He was very insightful, kind, and professional. We set an appointment and went from there. He arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous, walked me over the process, and got started. After completing the test he gave me the assessment from his instruments and informed me when to expect the results of the lab. The next day I was emailed a copy of the lab report followed by a phone call from him of explanation and addressing any other related concerns. All-n-all an excellent experience!

Jeff and his crew were very honest, knowledgeable, professional, and neat. Jeff was on site throughout the whole process explaining the work, documenting the repair and answering all my questions throughout the process. They were on time each day. They kept to the plan and when plans changed I was kept well informed. They kept without our original budget more the most part. There was a delay but it was due to a shipment delay even when the job became bigger than expected. Overall I was happy with my experience.

The communication is excellent and there are no surprises. The company does exactly what you contract for. The workmen are well supervised and efficient. They visually walk you through the project as each phase is completed. You are informed what was done and what remains to be done. The cleanup after completion leaves nothing to be desired.

Jeff and his team are amazing. Reasonably priced and the quality of their work along with thoroughness is outstanding. He was clear with what he will do, took pictures along the way. One day when I was at work, he also sent me videos of the work showing that the newly installed sump pump is working, etc. Very professional. I will recommend and hire Jeff and his team in a heartbeat next time I need such a service.

This is the second time that I have used BioTech. Jeff and his crew are honest, reasonable, professional, expert at their work product and beyond helpful. I had a water problem in my basement and they made sure to get to us quickly to put a sump pump in to avoid flooding. I highly recommend them
