Jeff and his entire staff were so helpful through the entire process. My dad has lung cancer and is alergic to mold and when Jeff became aware of that, he made it his top priority and was there within 2 hours after I called Home Advisor He had it evaluated the same day and got the house mold free shortly after that. They all l went above and beyond to help make a horrible situation, tolerable. They were all professional, showed up on time and left the house in better shape than it was when they first arrived. They cleaned up after all the work was performed. They did a very neat job and we are grateful for a healthy house again. Top notch company to hire.

It was a little expensive, especially since it was such a shock to have been informed of a mold issue.

What a positive experience! We are selling our house and found mold in the attic during the home inspection. Within minutes of filling out the Home Advisor request Jeff was already calling me to set up an appointment for an estimate. His list of certifications and training is impressive and we felt very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. He offered to take an air sample to identify what exact mold(s) we have, and if you use them for the remediation that cost is deducted from the bill. At the end of the job they take another air sample to prove the mold is gone. Jeff patiently answered all my questions, he and his workers were prompt, friendly and extremely clean! They all went above and beyond what we were expecting---all this and a 5 year warranty for the attic mold remediation!! Hopefully we won't ever need mold remediation in any future home but if we do I would not hesitate to call in Bio-Tech again.

I did not have to wait long for Jeff to contact me after submitting my search on Home Advisor. He was prompt to every appointment and quickly responded to any inquiries I had. What a breath of fresh air to have a professional treat his customer with respect! Thank you. Job scheduled quickly and done well within the appointed time. Crew was very professional and efficient. They even wiped the floors on their way out. Every step of the way I was informed of the progress of the work. No surprises. An honest and professional company. I highly recommend them.

Is there anyway to give this company 10 stars?? This is the first time I am taking the time out to write a review due to lack of time. However, I have to give credit where credit is due as a business owner myself, I have to say I've never been so happy with how prompt and professional Jeff's knowledge was about all my issues and not tom mention countless phone calls(sorry Jeff, lol). I was called back immediately after my call was placed. He even came out on a Sunday night last minute when I needed him for a second time and put my mind at ease with my situation almost staying past 1 AM!!! I was super worried about the price and I thought it would cost an arm and a leg but it was much less costly than I had ever imagined. Jeff came to my house to perform the initial inspection and testing. We then scheduled a day for him and his team to perform the remediation. Upon the successful mediation and post remediation air testing, he then had his restoration team come to my home to perform the necessary close- up and restoration work. The staff was led by his foreman Bernardo who did a phenomenal job restoring my sheet rock and painting. I was beyond shocked and would not have even known that there was ever any damage to begin with. Both Jeff and Bernardo did a phenomenal job restoring my sheet rock and painting. What I appreciated was Jeff giving me a minimum and maximum price for the job so that there were never any surprises. I've had her horrendous experiences in the past with other contractors. This is certainly not the case with Biotech. A huge thank you to Jeff and his entire crew for never veering off-track and completing the job in the time frame allotted. I wish all companies perform like this one. I will certainly highly recommend his company in the future. My promises to anyone who uses them willl not be disappointed! Great experience!!

Extremely poor customer service. They present themselves as professional, trustworthy and thorough, but don't be fooled. They will leave you hanging. Biotech promises to document the entire remediation and repair process, but after the job is done, they never follow up with the final reciepts and documentation for claim submission. Instead, they dodge you and ignore your calls. Buyer beware!

After speaking with several companies, I decided to go with Bio-Tech. Jeff, president/owner, was very thorough with his initial inspection and consulted on the most effective remediation based on his discoveries. Competitive pricing with absolutely no compromise to quality of service. Jeff was present for the entire duration which took approximately four hours and explained each step during the course of work. I would highly recommend Bio-Tech.

Jeff was very prompt in his response to my inquiry. He was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of the problem and what his remedy of the issue would be. This company was also well priced. I would recommend their services to others
