Service and communication was great at the beginning. There was some confusion about the call out fee being part of/separate from the service, labor and parts fees. My boiler required multiple visits to be addressed and Chris and his team were able to deliver. Unfortunately, one of the elbow joins started to leak. I was promised that the team would return but no one did. Once we agreed to times/days, I was told they were busy or had to reschedule and finally communication completely stopped. I was very hopeful with Air Rescue, but they dropped the ball right at the end.

I hired professionals in response to a leak I was seeing in my dryer room. After two previously failed attempts from other professionals, Chris was able to locate the leak and where it was coming from. Surprisingly it was not from the machine, but from the duct above, which is connected to the bathroom. He cleaned and suggested the duct cover replacement. Very professional, courteous and really stuck around to help resolve.

Julio was very professional and efficient. He fixed my AC unit quickly and even gave me tips on how to keep it running smoothly. Air Rescue is my new go-to for HVAC services

If you want your project done on time with professional integrity, constant communication, and with a warranty, Air Rescue is not your choice......because they finished my project EARLY !!! I was extremely impressed in how quickly Chris and Felix were able to get my central A/C (that has been out of service for 5 years now) up and running. They are now my go-to for HVAC service and will gladly recommend to all my friends !!! Thank you guys !!!

They came the day after being called, (apparently) correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The service tech was pleasant and explained what he was doing. If we ever need appliance service again, we will not hesitate to call Air Rescue.

Great service! Needed same day installation and they were very accommodating. Technician arrived on time and kept me posted. Installed the unit quickly, safely, and let me know about decisions being made in terms of the best way to install the unit. Absolutely would recommend and will use again in the future if I need repair/other install help.

The workers did a neat and professional job. Plastic was placed on the floor to protect the hard wood. Vacuum was used abound furnace area when work was done. Little things mean a lot.

Timely response when we returned from vacation and our A/C was not functioning. They arrived, quickly assessed the issue, and were able to replace two components and get our system going very soon.

The Air Rescue team are true professionals. I've contracted Air Rescue for vent cleaning, HVAC repairs, and complete HVAC replacement on a very old system. They are passionate about what they do, and are meticulous. They stand behind their work and are a pleasure to deal with.

This is the company to use if you are a single woman and need a new HVAC unit. Chris, the proprietor, is honest, competent, and incredibly helpful. The unit he installed was well-priced, quiet, get's the job done and energy efficient. After dealing with other companies who thought as a single woman I was naive and unintelligent, and attempted to charge double for a unit that never worked, I was so relieved to find Chris and Air Rescue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have owned my condo for over 20 years through many heating and air conditioning glitches. Chris has the best service I have ever experienced. Air Rescue is now the company that the super of my building recommends. Did I mention that Chris is the best? The absolute best. :)

THE WORST and most irresponsible company I ever experienced in my life! We hired Air Rescue to replace the HVAC unit and applied for the permit (we paid in full for both services already). However, we waited two months but have still not received the permit yet. During the two months, we kept following up with Air Rescue and the owner or employee, Chris but his answer was always to provide it to us soon. However, starting this week, no one responded to the text follow-up and even blocked us when we called air rescue. but when we used my friend's phone to call them, they picked up the phone, another employee Mike said Chris would call us back by today afternoon but again no one called us back. Until today, we still have not received the permit from Air Rescue, the worst company I have ever had.

Chris has got a very professional team in Air Rescue. I choose Chris because is the most responsive among others and his fee quote is also very competitive. He helped me cleaned the PTAC unit, added Nest thermostat to it, replaced the motorized valve and coils. The quality of the work is exceptional. He also checked in afterward to see if the system is running well. I will definitely recommend Air Rescue.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Chris and Air Rescue. He was very professional, punctual, and friendly. My building requires full insurance and a bunch of paperwork. Other HVAC companies ignored the instructions I gave them, but Chris spoke with me, looked through the requirements properly, and provided all the paperwork in a timely fashion. He recommended excellent units at a reasonable price. The install day went smoothly with him and one of his workers. I would 100% recommend Air Rescue and perhaps most telling, my super immediately took his contact information after seeing his work.

We moved into a new apartment while 8 months pregnant over the summer and learned the central AC was not working at all. Chris responded to my message quickly, understood the urgency and was able to visit to assess the units. He appropriately determined that they were very old and needed replacement, and was extremely helpful in fitting us into his schedule. It was not an easy job, but Chris is experienced and the new units work great. We later had him also replace an old PTAC unit which also went well. I feel confident that I could reach out to Chris if we ever came across an issue as he is very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Contacted Chris at Air Rescue during the hottest week of this Summer as our through the wall AC died. My young Daughter and I were sweltering in our roasting apartment. Chris answered all my questions honestly and accurately and provided a very competitive price to install the new air conditioner. He arrived promptly the same day and the unit was installed with no issues. He saved us from a sweltering apartment. I highly recommend Air Rescue and commend Chris for his high quality work and fine customer service. I am grateful for his service.
