Description of Work: Technician did not want to provide requested service. He wanted to find reasons not to provide air-conditioning service. Not sure if this company is still in business.

Description of Work: They came to examine the PTAC. They found that the drain pan was broken. They refuse to clean the PTAC because of the drain pan issue. The PTAC has been well working and non-leaking since 2010. There was no any good reason to refuse servicing the unit.
