Our 7 and a half year old LG Washer stopped draining and wouldn't spin. We called a couple of appliance people on Angie's list first but were told they didn't work on LG's. (LG recommended a repair company that only fixed high-end units.) We actually found Bill's number on an old refrigerator magnet! He responded to our call quickly and came to the house the next day within the time window he gave us, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a little more than an hour. Bill was friendly, courteous and professional. Would definitely use him again.

Bill called me within an hour of my leaving a message. We scheduled a visit for the next day. He showed up on time, was very polite, and quickly made the repair to the stove. I will definitely call him again should any other appliances need fixing.

Found Bill of Home Care Appliance through Angie's List. He responded
quickly to the problem and worked with the tenant to schedule the
service call to meet their schedule. Bill also kept me in the loop
regarding the timing of the appointment and then called during the visit
to update the status. Everything was taken care of right away and the
tenant's comment to me was and quot;this guy is a KEEPER!and quot;
Bill worked with me on the billing since I wasn't able to be at the property when he
made the call. Through the entire transaction, Bill was professional,
responsive, cooperative and a pleasure to work with. I would not
hesitate to call on him again or to recommend him to friends and family
alike!

I was very pleased with Bill's work. He returned my call promptly and made an appointment for early the next day. I give him only high marks, he was prompt, friendly, respectful and kept the area clean. I highly recommend him for repairs on your appliances.

They called me back promptly he didn't make us wait and came right out. He was clean and neat and explained everything he was doing. He kept me appraised along the way about what the price would be and explained it.
