Many times it is difficult to find quality workers. I called and was able to get Su��refire the same day. Jason and his assistant were very professional, hard working and courteous. They had to systematically check my A/C until they found the issue. They spent the time and did not rush through the service call. All my questions were answered. They were a Pleasure to deal with! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Jason from sure-fire was great. He called me quickly and was at my house within the hour. He was knowledgable and professional. He found the problem with the unit in a timely manner and presented me with all my options. They replaced my 2 ton condensing unit the same day. I will use them again and will recommend.

They made suggestions, and we ended up replacing the outdoor unit, which they did two days later! They did a great job, and I have already recommended them to a friend! I plan to use them in the future, possibly soon, for a plumbing job.

Our furnace decided to stop operating on one of those nights when it was about 4 degrees outside - it was about 9pm. I looked up a couple of companies on Home Advisor who provided 24 hour service. Some I left messages for and did not hear back until the next day. I reached Jason at SureFire very quickly, and he was at my house within an hour. Very professional and thorough and even did give me the option of not having to pay for emergency service if he came the next day. I appreciated that, but at 4 degrees it was not an option for me! We were back up and running within 2 hours which was really pretty amazing. Service was great and I had a much better experience than I expected with this situation. I felt cost was fair for emergency service, Jason was very efficient. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Quick response and arrived at promised time

I had flex line gas leak and they came within an hour of the called. Jose was quick and fixed the line and charged a fair price, also asked hi m to check my gas heater system for leaks also which he did. Would recommend and will use again.
